A cowboy to her rescue…Creating a family through Bent Creek BlessingsSince losing his childhood sweetheart, cowboy Garrett Wade has avoided emotional entanglements. Inviting her to stay at his family ranch seems natural, but can Garrett release the heartache of his past?

I was interested from the beginning. I liked the characters as they matured. The family support was great. This is the first book I have read of this family so I need to go back and read the rest. I enjoyed this book.
I always enjoy Kat's books and she never disappoints you in a book. In this book she starts off with a little action to start the story and you meet the Characters Garrett Wade and Hannah Sanders. This story deals with a subject that everyone handles differently and that's loss. I love how she explores it in this story. She shows how you can grow from it if you want to. Its a choice as you see in Garrett. With Hannah all she has left is dad. So its interesting to watch her grow for its hard to let go when your family is gone. Its a great story that will have you curious to see what is happening next. I love the way she brings the family back in from previous stories so its like seeing old friends. I love how this ends. I wonder who is next on the list for a story. For the 2 brothers still left are quite interesting. Looking forward to seeing who it will be.
This is my idea of a Christian novel. God is included from the start, and their walk with Him goes through the entire story. I loved the characters and the top-notch writing. I want to read more stories by this author. I don't understand why it says "shelved." I read this book in less than 24 hours.
I really enjoyed this story. I usually like these stories but this one stands out above the rest. The writing was so good. I loved the characters and I felt a real connection with Hannah and Garrett. This was so cute!
Once again, I had a really hard time believing the progression of the romantic storyline in such a short time period. It's a side effect, I suppose, of these shorter form romances.
