The Big Cook

Have fun with friends and fill your freezer with delicious, nutritious, main-course meals! What to have for supper is no longer a crisis!

Do you find yourself running from work to your children's sports events or music lessons? Do you frequently have to eat out or grab take-out because you don't have time to shop or prepare supper?

Imagine coming home from work or your busy day to find a hot, home-cooked meal ready to sit down and eat.

What if you only had to prepare meals one day every 3 months?

What if you could go to your freezer and pull out a delicious and nutritious meal that needs only to be cooked? All the preparation is done?

That is what THE BIG COOK is all about - friends getting together, having fun and making up to 200 meals in one day. Did you know that it only takes a little longer to make 8 meals of the same recipe than it does to make one?

This is not an ordinary cookbook; it is much more than that. It is a 'cooking concept'. It comes complete with an outline of how to choose the recipes, make a grocery list, shop, do THE BIG COOK and store the meals. The 73 recipes are beautifully illustrated with full color pictures and are family favorites.

Whether you are single or married; preparing meals for your family, your child in college or your elderly parent; or a working or stay-at-home parent, this book is for you.

We were looking for ways to eat less fast food and save time in the kitchen. This cookbook enables you to have your freezer filled with delicious and nutritious meals. Once a month, we prepare bulk freezer meals and eat them throughout the next couple of months. One of our favorites is the Barbeque Meatloaf, my kids ask for it at least twice a month.

This is fantastic. You spend one day with your friends creating meals to share and use over the next several months. We've used this concept for years and it's truly made my life easier!
