I found this very useful. It has lots of strategies to improve leadership with actionable ideas. It was an easy read - nice style with enough of an explanation without over complicating things.
This is a book that I will definitely return to and recommend to others. As a new ‘middle’ leader - yr 6 and reading lead - it was very useful.

I read this for work. In my summer holidays. When I could have been reading something fun.
My score may be slightly biased as a result.
The chapters are short, backed up by research, and have helpful reflective questions at the end. It certainly made me think of practices and policies we should consider again.

Very helpful indeed, many practical strategies for a wide range of issues common in school leadership. The gung ho tone is sometimes a bit like being with Tigger a little too long but overall, I will be referring back to this regularly.
