Some woo-woo hippy aspects, and some obvious stuff, but a overall a lovely book on being a happier cyclist. Would be worth rereading to try out more of the exercises (acupressure?) and get more improvements in technique. What I did gather out of it is that I need to raise my seat a bit, that my preference for an upright position is okay, to exert force through the whole pedal stroke, and to turn my chin towards where I want to turn. (I have Zoolander's disease: problems turning.)
