My Non Fiction November pick. I loved the stories & images of the heroic women in this book. I was honored to meet the author, Michelle Krowal, at the Shriver House Museum in Gettysburg, where we carry her book, which she signed for me. Michelle is a civil War and Reconstruction Specialist in the Manuscript Division at the Library of Congress.
