June 19, 2022This makes me feel weird. I should've known what I was getting into based on the cover, but I still picked it up.
Tatsumi, an insomniac and novelist, finds a boy wandering around in his garden. Subaru's a pretty lonely kid so he ends up coming back to visit Tatsumi often and despite not being good with children or people in general Tatsumi likes having him around. Subaru ends up moving to the US, but he promises he'll come back to see Tatsumi when he's an adult and the two keep in contact over the years. Then the day comes when Subaru comes back and the story goes from there.
Their relationship was pretty cute and wholesome, although it is pretty strange for a random adult man and a 9 year-old child to be hanging out together. Nothing sus happens. I thought it was going to be one of those they meet again as adults and start a relationship kind of thing. Which is still strange, but not as bad, but like no? Tatsumi writes a whole book about falling in love with a child like bro what? It just made it weird. There's just a lot to unpack with their relationship. Removing that it's like a pretty cute and wholesome story. I didn't hate it, but idk pretty sus~

3.5⭐ Tengo muchas cosas que decir la verdad. Esta obra me demuestra que la autora puede hacer historias verdaderamente bonitas, y de hecho, ya las hace, lo que pasa es que esta en concreto tiene puntos que no me terminan de convencer, bueno más bien uno en concreto.
Quiero decir que no tengo ningún problema leyendo nada que tenga age-gap, además tengo poca moralidad a la hora de leer JAJAJAJAJ y he leído obras muy cuestionables en cuanto a turbias se refiere.
Pero me escama bastante en esta historia el hecho de que el novelista se enamore, y te den a entender que él se da perfectamente cuenta de que está enamorado cuando el otro protagonista es UN NIÑO.
Me parece un desperdicio porque la pareja en sí, una vez de adultos, son preciosos, y las escenas son muy cálidas, pero es que ¿por qué tiene que estar enamorado cuando el otro es un crío? Me parece bastante perturbador y me saca de situación porque además cuando están juntos de adultos sigue acordándose de cuando era un niño y es como....ufffff no
Así que bueno, no puedo negar que después del skip time me han gustado las escenas entre ellos y es un manga que realmente no me ha desagradado pero me parece bastante espeluznante ese hecho y como ya he dicho, un desperdicio, porque como pareja merecen la pena pero no hagas un comienzo así por dios😭😭😭😭

You know when something could be wholesome and sweet but they make it weird? This is weird af. Kinda changes my opinion on the authors other work. You have the power in your hands to create lovely stories....but then this is made? Nah. Just. Nope. Why? Truly I'm speechless

Ho sento la premissa és terbolíssima i totalment innecessària... un adult enamorat d'un nen de 9 anys? WTF, ni de putíssima conya!!!!! Una cosa és una diferència d'edat i l'altra és això. Molt gratuït per a la trama, perquè es podria haver fet igual però sense aquest element tan horrible. Una llàstima perquè ja d'adults tenen química i les il·lustracions són guais :(

It should've been one but he fell in love with a child 😃 altho he DID wait for him, and they dated when he was already an adult, he still fell in love with him when he's still a child which is sooooo wrong
