It is good to be back into reading on education again! This was a pretty good book overall.

What I liked: it did not come off as whiny or like "teacher staff room gossip." I liked how this book looked at me as the teacher and basically said "you have to do things to better manage your time." It explores several issues that could be leeching your time in the work place and gives strategies to suggest augmentation in these areas.

Why not 5 stars? I found some of the authors side stories a bit irky and somewhat pompous. He's a high level administrator and you discover that right away in some of his stories.

Overall, this is an excellent book and I do think most teachers will find this book useful for their practise.
