Great book to introduce kids (and adults) to the power of imagination when you play Dungeons and Dragons! Read through the adventure to see what the game can do to expand your imagination, your empathy and social skills, and your sense of adventure! Love reading this rhyming book to my kids and can't wait to share it outside our family!

This is a great introduction for younger folk thinking about playing a tabletop RPG and / or adults who need to see the magic from the game! I cannot recommend playing tabletop RPG's enough! You'll gain amazing skills for your future; help building amazing friendship's, feel empowered to make real world changes, learn to be quick on your feet with problem solving, and learn what it means to truly be a part of a team! So, get yourself a DM (Dungeon Master) who empowers you to craft amazing tales with friends!!

This was a cute story, a good read for parents (who play D&D or any fantasy based tabletop RPG) to read to their little ones. I guess my main "complaint," which is a minor one overall, is that sometimes the text didn't stand out much from the background, so it wasn't always the clearest or easiest to read. Otherwise the story was pretty good, detailing a bored group of friends who create a game and a world and a story to escape their boredom for a little while.

This is a cute children's picture book about how fun it can be to use your imagination, and showing what a game of Dungeons & Dragons could be like.
And I'm a sucker for books that rhyme.
