Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.
If you have PJ Masks fans in your house, this book is perfect for you. The first three stories introduce the PJ Masks, their powers, and the villains. The rest are story versions of popular TV episodes. This book helped occupy my 3.5 year old twins for at least 2-3 hours during a 6-hour road trip, and they continue to want to read it and/or flip through the pages themselves every day. Worth every penny.
Stories in this collection follow the TV episodes like all of the other books and may be duplicative of other books in the PJ Masks collection.

Some PJ Masks books are so gd lazy. This is one of them. The first three stories are nothing more than descriptions of the PJ Masks. Not even my kids enjoyed them. The last few stories okay, but we had read a couple of them in standalone Easy Readers.
(4☆ Would recommend) My son loves the PJ Masks. Having so many short stories in one book makes it a great bedtime book. I especially like this one, because my son is 3 years old and this one is more age appropriate for him.
The narrative doesn’t seem to be captured by the images. The illustrations seem to be ahead or behind the action described. My 3yo doesn’t seem to mind but it’s annoying as the reader.
