This is a really helpful read.
There was so much advice in the book that I now feel like I can go away and use that advice to cope better. There were also many activities for you to do yourself which can help the process of grief, the activities seem useful and I'm looking forward to using them.

The book is split into two sections - about grief and coping with grief. Both very useful sections. It was important for me to read that what I experience is normal and just part of the process.
It gives many ways to cope with grief so it is so helpful.

A great book, written clearly and simply, easy to read. Something this short is a great idea when concentration and understanding is low. It has a number of helpful lists that validate what you’re feeling, reassuring that this is normal, and I intend to show them to others to help them understand what’s going on with me.
I borrowed this from the library but recommend having your own copy to dip back into as time goes on - I’m not ready for some of the exercises recommended but can see that they will be helpful in the months to come.

A simple and uncomplicated guide to grief.
As someone who's experiencing her first major loss of a loved one this helped me feel more 'normal' in my journey with grief and did give me things to think about.
It's not going to drastically change your life but it is a simple easy read that gives a sense of understanding within it's pages.

Quite a clinical look at grief with some under-developed suggestions (e.g. "don't wait until you feel like doing something, just do it"... How?). It only took about an hour and a half to read and I bought it cheaply second hand so was probably worth it.

This has definitely helped me see what I am feeling at the moment is normal. I know it's not going to take the pain away but it has definitely helped me.
