I don't believe these characters will last more than a month in the long distance relationship they've set themselves up for and I'm pretty sure the declarations of love happened in a descriptive paragraph, instead of you know, dialogue.

Classic Katherine Garbera! Great conflict, steamy, with wonderful characters. I wondered through the whole book how in the world Pippa and Diego were going to solve the conflict. A very real conflict. I loved the ending. Diego and Pippa were great characters. I also enjoyed catching up with characters from previous stories. A delightful read!

The first installment in the Cole's Hill Bachelor series, Rancher Untamed by Katherine Garbera is a sweet yet sexy romance.
After hiding her identity for the past four years, Pippa Hamilton-Hoff is ready to return to England to claim her inheritance. Although she is attracted to Diego Velasquez, she has turned down his requests to go out with him. Knowing she will be leaving soon, Pippa decides to bid on Diego during the annual bachelor charity auction. Will one night together be enough for Pippa and Diego?
Pippa has kept her whereabouts hidden from her father but she has always known she would return to England after her twenty-fifth birthday. She will miss her friends but she knows it is time to claim her position in the family business. However, as Pippa's feeling for Diego deepen, will she move forward with her plans?
Diego loves running the family business and at thirty, he is beginning to realize he is ready to settle down. He has been interested in Pippa for quite some time and recently, he has begun to spend more time with her. Needless to say, Diego is shocked (but thrilled) when she "wins" him at the auction. Their one night together is magical, but knowing Pippa is leaving, will Diego agree to continue seeing her until her departure?
Rancher Untamed is a low-key romance that is fast-paced and engaging. Diego and Pippa are well-rounded, three dimensional characters who are easy to like and root for. Pippa's expectations are sometimes a little unrealistic yet she readily accepts the consequences of her decisions. Diego is incredibly supportive of her return to England but he is uncertain whether he will fit into her new life. Katherine Garbera brings the novel to a heartwarming conclusion that will delight readers. A fantastic first installment to the Cole's Hill Bachelor series.

Rancher Untamed was a great Harlequin Desire. Let me say there was a lot of sex, like A LOT, but it is a Desire and it fits and follows that line from Harlequin. It's tasteful and actually does move the story forward, which sounds impossible, but it does. When Pippa bids on Diego at an auction it's to spend one night with him, no rules, no stipulations. The two had already been flirting for some time in Cole's Hill and now their heat was off the charts.
The problem was, Pippa had to return to the UK to take her rightful place at the helm of a jewelry company. Diego had to stay in Cole's Hill to take care of his ranch. The push and pull in this story was just right with both characters giving and taking when need be.
It was nice to read a story about a strong woman who wasn't afraid to stand up for what she wanted and where every concession didn't have to be made by her. The author did a nice job of showing that women can have a career and a relationship if it's approached in a mature manner wtih open discussion. I loved the secondary characters in the story, too. They were well fleshed out and made you feel and understand the support and love of the small town of Cole's Hill. Rancher Untamed definitely made me want to read more about the characters in Cole's Hill!

Contemporary λογοτεχνία! Συμπαθητικοί - αληθινοί χαρακτήρες που παλεύουν με την καθημερινότητα, τις ενδόμυχες σκέψεις τους καθώς ο έρωτας θριαμβεύει. Χημεία μεταξύ πρωταγωνιστών.. Ένα έργο που μιλάει για το πάθος, την απόλαυση, την ανεξαρτητοποίηση και την λογική διαχείριση της σχέσης δυο διαφορετικών χαρακτήρων μπρος σε μια απρόσμενη κατάσταση.

I really liked this book. Diego and Pippa were great characters. This story has everything. A bachelor auction, an heiress hiding out from her father, and a lot of chemistry.
