يقع الكتاب في ثلاثة فصول: الأول يسعى إلى تعريف الثقافة، وأهميّتها من وجهة نظر الإمام (حفظه الله). والفصل الثاني يتحدّث عن المسار التاريخيّ للتحوّلات الثقافيّة في إيران قبل الإسلام وبعده، ليصل إلى الثورة الإسلاميّة وما حملته من انبعاث ثقافيّ. وأشار الفصل الثالث إلى التهديدات الثقافيّة.

Iranian cleric and politician Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei participated in the Islamic revolution of 1979, opposed western influence, and served as president from 1981 to 1989 and then as head of state.
As Shiite marja, he acted in Mashhad. He joined as a member of parliament for a short period and then for two terms before election as leader. Ruholla Khomeini also chose him as the prayer leader of Tehran on Friday.
He translated some works and authored the most comprehensive Tarh-i kulli-yi andisha-yi Islami dar Qur'an (The General Scheme of the Islamic Thought in Koran). And Solh-i Imam Hasan (a) is his most famous translation. Moreover, people compiled his speeches in a comprehensive work, called Hadith-i wilayat . People also compiled and published several other books about his speeches and wrote messages in different topics.
His most famous and effective fatwa in the world stopped insulting respected personalities of Sunnis. Following his speeches and emphasis, the concepts of "Tahajum-i farhangi" (cultural invasion) and "Bidari-yi Islami" (Islamic awakening) entered social literature.
Knowledgeable in literature, he also composed some poems under "Amin," his pen name. He studies his interest in contemporary history, another field.

الاقتصاد , السياسة , التربية , العلوم الجديدة , التغيير , التحولات , الهزائم و الانتصارات ,, كلها خاضعة للثقافة الصحيحة و المحيطة و المستوعبة و الشمولية و الواعية و اليقظة التي لا تقبل الغفلة او النوم ,,
اثقافة هي الاساس لكل ذلك و هي التي تبني كل ذلك , ثقافة الشعوب و المجتمع و طلب التعمق و الاحاطة بكل حدث في الماضي او الحاضر و طلب المستقبل ,,
القراءة الواعية و ليست المتأخرة في النظرة أو الزمن هي التي تصنع التغيرات و التحولات نحو الهزيمة او النصر ,, نحو التسافل او الاعتلاء ,, نحو الذل او الكرامة ,,
الثقافة التي تنظر لكل المحيط و ليس لزاوية واحدة فقط او زوايا معينة و تترك الباقي ,, فالبصيرة تستدعي النظر لكل الزوايا ,, الاستماع في الثقافة ارضية ضرورية خصبة لصناعة الوعي الشمولي ,,
تكتشف في خطابات هذا الكتاب الدراسات العميقة في كل حرف نطق به القائد و تكتشف انه يتحدث من عمق العقل و الروح و باطلاع لا يمكن الا ان يعبر بحقيقة صفات القيادة المتمكنة المحيطة و التي تستشعر المسؤولية و تحملها على عاتقها و تدرب الشعوب و الافراد كل تتحمل مسؤولية الثقافة و تضعها في اولوياتها ,,
كتاب جداً رائع قوي واعي يحتاج لدراسة و تتعلم منه ( الخطاب و انواعه , وصفات القائد الحقيقي , و ضرورية الثقافة و ماهيتها و مسارات تحركها في كل الواقع الداخلي و الخارجي )
