This is Breanna and Ryder’s story. Breanna works with her best friend Stella and now Stella is engaged to be married to Luka. Breanna wants to meet Luka’s best friend Ryder but Luka knows of Ryder’s past with women and decides not to have them meet. Later on, Breanna is supposed to meet Stella for a girls weekend when her car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. She didn’t know what to do so she got out and went looking for help. She could smell wood burning she decided to try and find where the smell was coming from. Then she stumbled onto Ryder. He kept her safe, warm and fed. Then he got her to the cabin. What happens when she learns who he truly is? Will Ryder open his heart and let Breanna have a shot or will he continue on and just look for surface relationships and not go any deeper. This was a good read, I felt the ending was rushed. I did like the premise of the plot but wished it was allowed to not be so rushed at times. Otherwise a good romance read.

An honest to goodness, tug at your heartstrings romance
So this is the follow up to Rescued by the Woodsman and although you don’t need to have read it before you read this, I would recommend it because that is where you first meet our leading lady, Breanna.
I’m so glad Breanna got her own story because she’s such a fun and awesome character. The kind of person I’d like to be best friends with. She’s funny, smart and an incredibly loyal friend to Stella and Lukas from the first book.
When she unexpectedly breaks down on her way to Stella and Lukas’s mountain cabin she stumbles across a stranger camping in the woods. Except he’s not a stranger. Much to her relief, he’s a good friend of Lukas’s. Too cold and too hazardous for her to be trying to find her way to the cabin, he offers shelter and a shared sleeping bag for the night.
Initially, as much as Lukas values Ryder as a close friend, he’s unsure whether Ryder is the sort of man Breanna needs in her life. He’s got a reputation as a love and leave ‘em ladies man ever since the woman he thought he loved broke his heart.
He’d sworn off love and having his heart broken so moved from fling to fling. Until he met Breanna. From the moment she shared his tent, he’s been unable to keep her out
of his head. She was like a breath of fresh air for him. When they give into their desires for each other there’s fireworks and it’s obvious that these two are incredible together.
But when a surprise from his past turns up on his doorstep it throws them both a huge curveball and they are left reeling at the revelation. Not sure whether he will still want her in his life, Bree decides the Ryder needs space to adjust to his new future. However, Ryder refuses to let her walk away. Realising how much he loves her - he tells her that he wants to make it work.
Just when you think the heartache is over… there’s another more devastating set of circumstances that threaten to pull these two lovebirds apart. Will they be able to get over this mountain of a situation and find their happily ever after.
I can honestly say that this story really touched my heart in many ways. What happens to Bree and the reality she is faced with is truly heartbreaking and I can feel her anguish at the decision she has to make. There was so many points where I wanted to shake her and tell her to just talk to Ryder instead of thinking she knows how he’s going to react to her life changing news. If she’d just confided in him rather than predicting the way he’d react she could have avoided feeling so lost and helpless.
Ryder isn’t at all how you think he’s going to be when we are first introduced to him… he’s so much hotter and surprisingly sensitive, loving and caring and he’s smitten with Bree… even when she tries to push him away (for all the wrong reasons)… he refuses to let her go (for all the right reasons).
Absolutely loved this story. I couldn’t put it down… especially towards the end when Bree thinks all is lost. So compelling and utterly enticing… so much so, I wish there was another book so so these fabulous characters can continue their story.

Unbreak the Woodsman is about a guy (Ryder) who has his heart broken after a woman who he falls heads over heels in love with suddenly leaves him without a trace. Brianna works for an ad agency with her best friend Stella and her fiancé Lukas. Lukas and Ryder are friends, but since Ryder’s girlfriend walked out on him without a trace, he’s developed into a manwhore, and since Brianna is Stella’s best friend, they warn her off of Ryder when she comments on a picture of him and Lukas during a recent fishing trip. As luck would have it, the two accidentally meet when Brianna’s car breaks down on her way up the mountain. I found the first 50% of this book to be rather boring, and truly not believable. Seemed like it was trying to steer itself like a Fifty Shades remake with the attitude of the characters, no emotion or compassion, just sex, nothing special, I found myself jumping ahead to see if it would get better. It’s the last half of the book that things started picking up to keep my interest. Situations changed, new information comes out, and emotions are finally unleashed making it a much more interesting page turner for me. I’ve read a few MS Parker books, most of them real page turners, but the first part of this book just didn’t do it for me, if you can get past that part of this book, then you will end up finding a pretty decent story.

I love the woodsman series (that’s what I refer to it as)! We get to check in with Stella and Lukas and get to know Ryder and Breanna! There story starts as similarly but all so different! Ryder is Lukas’ friend but because of a tragic loss of love he turns to “using” women! When Breanna see a picture of him and Lukas, she is mesmerized and wants her one “woodsman”. And so it turns out Ryder is the right place and right time when Breanna’s SUV breaks down on her way to lukas’ cabin for girls weekend! That’s all I will say....twists and turns with drama and suspense! Loved this story! Thank you MS Parker!

Unbreak the Woodsman (2)
There certainly isn't a chance of being bored with this book, I loved it. Book 1 was Stella and Lukas, book 2 is Breanna and Ryder. Stella and Breanna are best friends, they met up in book 1. Lucas and Ryder are also best friends of long standing. When Breanna starts seeing Ryder she was warned 'don't get involved, you will get hurt''. They kept seeing each other. Then Breanna got hurt. While she's still healing something else happens, which puts their relationship on shaky ground. Yet another excellent read from this author. If you havn't already done so, you need to read book 1 first, although you could read as a stand alone, it's just that bit better with the background

I really didn't think that MS Parker could top Stella and Lukas story, but she really outdid herself with Ryder and Breanna story.
The chemistry between these two is off the charts, and how they met, its making me rethink my outlook on camping in the woods (if someone were to guarantee me that I would find a man like Ryder while stranded in the woods sign me up).
This is the second book of the series, but can be read as a stand alone, however I highly recommend that you read book one first, this author never disappoints with her words.

Make sure you have lots of tissues in hand when you read this book. When I started it I thought it was another 'starts as just sex, changes to love 'stories, boy was I wrong! Breanna and Ryder did just get together for sex initially and it did turn to love, but there was so much more. There was intrigue and heartbreak and a tantalizing question about Tabitha, that I hope will be answered in the next book. It was great to have Luke and Stella play a role in the book and to see their happy ever after come to be, but be warned, there were times when I was sobbing and then I cried at the happy ending. Oh and the sex was hot, hot, hot.

It was great!! It had a few twists and turns I was not expecting. Plus you start reading the book thinking Ryder is the one that needs adjusting, that needs to let someone in. But it turns out Bree also has her hang ups and needs Ryder just as much as he needs her. His character really surprised me with how caring, responsible and how easy going he is about change. Plus them together are just a great match and intense! I'm looking forward to the next book in the series, I have a good feeling that it will be very reveling. The hints I could read in this one about it, are getting me anxious with guessing...

I absolutely adore M.S. Parker and the amazing stories that are told. Breanna and Ryder are fantastic together. They have such chemistry and depth to them. Ryder is so very, kind, caring, and protective. Breanna is strong, determined, intelligent, and all around an amazing character. There are some twists and turns throughout the story that it just keeps you on your toes. This is definitely worth reading and it doesn’t disappoint.

Oh my gosh how I love this series!!! I thought I was in love with Stella and Lukas....until I read this one and fell in love with Breanna and Ryder!! They are amazing together!!
I read a lot of books and most of them I've forgotten what the story was by the time I start a new book. But, THIS story has stayed with me and I've read 2 books since then!!
In my eyes, everything about this story was perfect!! It was emotional, funny, and very sexy!! Yummy Woodsmen...who knew!!?

It’s so rare to read a book and actually cry. But this book? Gah! ALL. THE. FEELS.
Unbreak the Woodsman had all the makings of a fabulous read. The sexy time, heartbreak, romance and twist of family dynamics were written so well and with such care. M. S. Parker never disappoints me. However, this story...topped a few of my favorites.
Although it’s the second book in a series it can 100% be read alone. Happy reading!

A Fantastic, Engaging, Must Read Book
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. I really enjoyed reading “Unbreak the Woodsman” from M. S. Parker. It has a great, well written story and it had me hooked and kept me engrossed from the first chapter. I loved the chemistry between the characters and also the way they interacted with each other. The pulled me into their story and I loved reading about them. This is an enjoyable, engaging, romantic, must read Book and I loved it

What an amazing story! Ryder and Breanna are a couple that you will not soon forget. Their story will give you all the feels. It definitely has its steam but it will also make you smile and you may even require tissues for the tears. I can't wait for the final book in this series and revisiting all of the wonderful characters again.

What a hard road to travel
Breanna and Ryder really have a rough time right out of the gate. Ryder has no yearning for any kind of relationship beyond a 1 night stand. Breanna is a workaholic. Even when they decide to have a ‘friends with benefits’ agreement things just don’t seem to go smoothly for them.
This book will have you on the edge of your seat with the tricks and turns. Well worth the time!

Wow what a truly amazing story this was. Not gonna lie it also pulled a lot of tears from me as well. Ryder was broken and Breanna was just the woman to mend his heart. This book is highly addictive, I had to read it all in one go, these characters were so perfect. What starts out as a friends with benefits, turns into Soo much more.

This book was an emotional read for sure. Ryder & Breanna have a connection but don’t want too commit and just want to hook up. But spending more time together feelings change. But when Ryder gets a surprise from his past will it change what Ryder & Breanna have? What both Ryder & Breanna go through will tug at your heartstrings.

Breanna and Ryder are to die for and the trials that they go through will only bring them closer. Get your tissues prepared because this is a tear your heart out tear jerker! But as always M. There is nothing like a Woodsman :)
It took me a little bit to get into this book but it still earns a 5 star review. I was about half way into the book when it took an interesting turn and from that moment on I could not put it down. M.S. Parker knows how to slow burn a book to the max, write suspense into it and keeping you glued to the pages Great read!

Ryder is devastated when Nathali leaves and retreats into himself. He is content to have “physical only” relationships until he rescues Breanna. She slowly worms her way into his heart. They are up against some tough stuff, but love prevails.

Although this is part of the woodsman series, it is a new couple so you don't have to read the prior book.
The start was a tad slow, but there is a twist that is midway through the book that will keep you on your toes. If you are looking for a slow burn that sparks an inferno, this is for you!!!

Excellent book.
Unbreakable the woods man was captivated I couldn't put it down til the end. I absolutely loved it. Good story line n loved the characters.

This is the second book in the series with Breanna and Ryder. Ryder keeps to himself after having his heartbroken and thinks it’s better not to give someone the power to hurt him again. Breanna, although happy for Stella and Lukas, wishes she had that type of connection. When she meets Ryder, she’s drawn to him and the mystery that is him.
I enjoyed this story although I would’ve preferred both point of views rather than just Breanna’s. Can’t wait for the next book with Tabitha’s story.

I'm a fan of these Woodsmen! The characters are easy to like. I always enjoy catching up with previous characters. I'm curious as to who book three is written about. I can't wait to start it.
