so many people hype up katee robert that i jogged to scribd to see what books they had, and i started with this one on a whim. i see now that it's just an intro novella to this series, which makes sense because my biggest comment was going to be how awkwardly short it was. the pace and smut were good but it had this vibe of "wow this girl is special and i need her" after 10 minutes of uninteresting conversation in a bar. i hate that i still need an element of realism even when reading books that are just purely fluff, but what can i say. i have to be led in to believe the characters in order to believe their chemistry lol. also i genuinely couldn't differentiate between the two male characters in this book.

Disclaimer: This review contains some The Way of Kings references, because I am currently reading Brando Sando’s brilliance and needed to detour a little to hurt myself with a truly awful book. Also, I'll be referring to the men by the FMC's original impression of them because I find it hilarious—I can't take credit for that!
Consider this my literary highstorm survival report.
Plot time: fmc is a poor-accounting-student, on her feet bartending for twelve hours and gets convinced to wear a red napkin and go clubbing on her birthday. she soon catches the eyes of an Almost Pretty man and his Rough And Unfinished companion that makes her nipples go tight, who rescue her from some guy who just wanted to dance with the Almost-Naked-Lonely Girl on the dance floor. ANLG is then sandwiched between AP and RAU, everyone is getting horny but respectful; when her Cockblocking Wing-Woman who promised her a good time comes to the rescue saying: "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to abandon you. I thought you were dancing alone and then I turned around and they had their dirty paws all over you". YEP! she promised “a night to remember,” then acts personally offended when her bff actually start to enjoy herself. BUT DON'T WORRY, CWW gives permission after realizing it was lust on her friend's face and not fright🙂 because they obvs look the same🙂 why is everyone stupid in this book? that scene didn't add anything, it only interrupted the very perfect seamless plot.
We are then subjected to supposed political intrigue, SPOILERS AP is the crown prince of Genovia or something, but if the Alethi highprinces plotted like this, Sadeas would have died of boredom instead of betrayal. AP keeps calling her princess so you know he means business (word count: 20 times in 70 pages🤮) and he's not very bright, so I hope he gets usurped, because he thinks she's a CHALLENGE and within the same breath, that her look over the shoulder is hollering come and get me........ BRO, how is that a challenge? that’s an open invitation with GPS coordinates and valet service. So she gets fingered in the club then taken to their place where in the middle of her psychoanalysis of everyone -as accountants who never studied psychology do- she says: "Because of course they're rich. They probably had giant cocks too." ..........😐
Then they start having mind blowing sex apparently, where souls get branded and athiests could taste heaven in a touch and everyone start falling in love as if they were virgins. This book is a storm of bad choices, Kaladin would shatter his spear in despair! But the story is not over yet, there's a sequel for the invested....

An intriguing prequel! I've read very few M/M/F books that I liked and this was definitely one of them!
For her 23rd birthday, Meg fulfills her secret fantasy of having two men at the same time: Theo and Galen.

Although we got only a glimpse of the characters, I liked what I saw so far. There is potential for a great storyline here and I'm looking forward to continuing on with the series!

Finally an erotica where I actually liked the love interests ALL throughout it! Never (not even once) did I thought they were as**oles (how sad it's that I'm happy about that -.-)
Theo was so respectful and charming, I love when the love interest is always paying attention to their partner to see if what they are doing it's okay for everybody. I honestly think if I continue reading about him, he could pretty quickly make it to my bookboyfriends list. That's how much I ended up liking him.
Of course, we have another love interest that is called Galen, we didn't get to know him that much but it seem he was a pretty solid love interest as well. What I really liked about Galen was that you were able to see the amazing friend he is towards Theo, how much he cares and worries about his friend/partner.
Moreover, I thought our main character, Meg was quite strong-minded. She knew what she wanted and she actually own it, I loved that attitude. I have to admit that I didn't like her as much as I did Theo, though.
The sex scenes were alright, I've definitely read more steamy ones but having in mind that I loved the characters from this book, those scenes weren't important for my enjoyment overall 😂.
All in all, I love the characters from this book and the relationship they had, full of respect and understanding. I didn't give this book 5 stars simply because I felt like it was missing that little sparkle that would make it unique but I'm hoping the next one will go into my favs list immediately.

Este es el tercer libro que leo de la autora y probablemente sea el que menos me ha convencido. Oh, this was so much fun. I think this was my first time reading polyamorous romance (outside of fanfics, etc.), and it was so wonderful. I loved the glimpses we got into this pre-existing little relationship between Theo and Galen, and I loved the twist and the back story and the whole thing. I'm definitely going to be picking up the follow-up novel ASAP!

Ok this was greaaaat. I wish it wasn't the "prologue" for the start of the series, because lmao I didn't know this? I thought it was a full novella, with a start and an end. But nope, the next book is way longer and it's the continuation of this book! I do want to read the next one obviously, these three made me so intrigued and I really loved the relationship between them, but oh my god I don't know if I can read RIGHT THIS SECOND but I will for sure put it on my list.

This book came highly recommended to me by a very good friend of mine who was looking to pop my menage romance read cherry. This little novella did not disappoint and I figured I should probably leave a review now since I've already read 35% of the second book. Katee Robert is a new to me author and so far so good.
Imagine a girl's night turning into a boys night that you'll never forget because it ends up being the best sex of your life. This is essentially what happens to Meg. Her friend Cara convinces her she should come out and dance because Meg has been feeling down in the dumpster about her financial situation. She's 23 and trying to scrape together the remainder of the money needed for her tuition so she doesn't have to take a year off. Dancing in the club led to meeting Theo and Galen who are drawn to her and her fire engine red dress. There's instant chemistry between them and they convince her she should spend one evening with them no strings attached.
Meg was hesitant at first because they are strangers and so she's naturally wary. However the attraction is very strong and they put her at ease letting her know that at any time she can say no and they will see her safely home. Turned on by their looks but also their care for her general feelings, she goes home with them and proceeds to have one hell of an explosive night.
I just have to give this it's own line in my review but Katee Robert can write sex. Wheeeeeeew!!!!!! Especially menage sex. I mean I don't know if she's written simple twosomes but she can write a threesome all day.
Anyway, the only reason I docked a star is because of some grammatical errors and also because too much of Meg's inner dialogue trying to figure Theo and Galen out instead of just living in the very sexy moment. There is definitely more to their story of course but it would take much more than one night to solve that mystery despite some of the things she heard and Galen specifically made it clear that her life would be in danger if she sticks around them no matter how good the sex is. Plus Meg's life is more complicated than theirs without the danger so there's that.
Overall, I'm all up in the next book so I'll be back to review that one I'm sure by tomorrow.

4 Scorching Stars!
How about Oh, Hell, and YES?!?!? Because that would be my answer. Hot damn! Katee Robert is an author who has been all over my radar lately. Although it looks like she's been around for quite a few years, I've just come to hear of her lately. I first read her novella Your Dad Will Do which was another tasty little treat. And I plan to read her Wicked Villains series ASAP.
Theirs for the Night follows Meg, a just-turned-23 year old bartender whose friend drags her out for her birthday. She's tight on money and already works in a bar, so she really doesn't want to go...until later into the night, she notices two gorgeous strangers noticing her.
That's all I'm really going to tell you. Just know that what commences from there is scrumptious! Katee writes these men in a way that you NEED more! I have a total weakness for bodyguard stories and Galen (guy #1) is Theo's (guy #2) bodyguard. YUM!!
This story had more plot to it than Your Dad Will Do, and it left me salivating for more. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series, which I saw includes two full-length books, Forever Theirs and Theirs Ever After very soon!!
I can't get enough MMF lately for some reason, and I've found that it's hard to find good, quality MMF that has substance to it and is a bit more than porn on paper. If you're like me and this genre is your kryptonite, then I highly recommend checking this one out.

How about Oh, Hell, and YES?!?!? Because that would be my answer. Hot damn! Katee Robert is an author who has been all over my radar lately. Although it looks like she's been around for quite a few years, I've just come to hear of her lately. I first read her novella Your Dad Will Do which was another tasty little treat. And I plan to read her Wicked Villains series ASAP.
Theirs for the Night follows Meg, a just-turned-23 year old bartender whose friend drags her out for her birthday. She's tight on money and already works in a bar, so she really doesn't want to go...until later into the night, she notices two gorgeous strangers noticing her.
That's all I'm really going to tell you. Just know that what commences from there is scrumptious! Katee writes these men in a way that you NEED more! I have a total weakness for bodyguard stories and Galen (guy #1) is Theo's (guy #2) bodyguard. YUM!!
This story had more plot to it than Your Dad Will Do, and it left me salivating for more. I will definitely be reading the rest of this series, which I saw includes two full-length books, Forever Theirs and Theirs Ever After very soon!!
I can't get enough MMF lately for some reason, and I've found that it's hard to find good, quality MMF that has substance to it and is a bit more than porn on paper. If you're like me and this genre is your kryptonite, then I highly recommend checking this one out.

This was OK. What started out as a hot setup was held back by the angst required as a prequel to the series. In addition, the sex scenes were inventive, but lacked that certain intensity and detail that would have made them sizzle.
I anticipate that the first solid entry in the series will be better, as it will be full length and have room to develop the plot and relationships. I'll check it out .. later.

well, that was definitely steamy, to say the least, and a lot of fun to read, but will i continue with the rest of the series? very unlikely, i can see it going downhill. i prefer to leave on a nice memory (3.5)
