This was kind of cute - we are following two children not that long after the clone wars trying to find a way or people to help them find their parents after the Empire arrested them. There aren't a whole lot of familiar people, as in already established characters, giving the time to coming up with new characters with new stories and the like. But there is one story in here that almost works as a prequel to Star Wars: Rebels since we see Lothal when the Empire basically just showed up (and Ezra was a baby!). It is interesting, probably more for the younger ages than adults, but it's still enjoyable.

These books were a ton of a fun to read. I didn't expect much from them, but they are set in a great period of transition, as well as the setting of Wild Space. There are many flavors in this set of stories that I enjoyed and there's an awesome group of characters. Parts of these stories brought to mind the Ewok Adventures films, Rebels, and Lost in Space. These stories are short and tailored to a younger audience, but actually pretty fun!

Even though this is a young adult novel I really enjoyed it. Very easy listening (audio book) but with a gripping storyline. It goes to show that you can have a story which is unattached to any mainstream stuff and be good and relevant, although there is a nod to Rebels which is cool.

I enjoyed it. I don't know he age group it is for, but I liked the book. I think there's a bit too much just in time rescue out of nowhere, but that's okay.
