An absolute must for parents especially homeschool parents who want to give their children the Cadillac of writing, communication, and critical and rhetorical thinking skills. A nine unit course, IEW writing program systematically teaches children as young as kindergarten/1st grade how to identify key words, construct outlines, write from notes, outlines, and sources both in a fiction and non fiction capacities. Both structure and style are beautifully fused together.
Using this system my 5 & 8 year olds are constructing outlines and writing compositions by themselves.
