This book could have easily been a series of no more then 5 blog posts, if even that. While there were snippets that were interesting, overall most of this is way to generic and lacking in factual info to be of much use.
If you've just heard about the term "machine learning" and have absolutely no clue what it is, not even used things like ChatGPT or any other Generative AI, well this might be a nice thing to skim over for the non-technical person for business purposes, but honestly, there are better things to spend your time on.
Also note that this came out in 2018, and given the fast pace the sector is moving, this is actually somewhat outdated.
I'm giving it two stars because it is if nothing else, useful as a nomenclature for the things it does contain.
