It's Live!
I personally am loving this series for quite a few reasons. I love a MC story. It isn't often that you can read a story about one that doesn't involve club whores and secondary characters behaving horribly, but that is not the case with this author. There are definitely OTT, crazy shenanigans going on that aren't always believable, but its fiction. I can suspend my belief and enjoy the story for what it is, a sexy, sweet and safe read.

-no pushing away
-MC club violence
-dual virgins
-instalove when they met as kids and neither was with anyone else, even during their separation when he was in the Seals
-fantastic epilogues - she definitely delivers in the epilogue department

To all my friends who follow my reviews, you know I have whined so much about how hard it is to find something lately that I don’t absolutely loath.... well girlfriends, I think my luck has finally changed!
This one was 10 stars! I loved EVERYTHING about this read from the awesome characters (no Manho or stupid heroine here!!! Yippee!!) who were each other’s one and only – and very devoted & fiercely protective of one another, to an awesome story filled with humor, action/suspense, a truly strong / kick-ass heroine and a breathtaking sweetheart of a Hero who was awesome. I loved this one people!!!
PS: No OP drama at all!

I loved this story. After impatiently waiting for Liam we got the sweet, loving alpha we demanded. Well, I demanded. Paisley and Liam were a cute couple. I loved Torch challenging Liam to prove his salt where Paisley was concerned.

I seriously loved every page of this book!! LeAnn Ashers is one of my favorite romance authors her writing style is just amazing. Liam and Paisley were prefect together & their chemistry was of off the charts. Also, the side characters from previous book were great to catch up on and the new characters that were introduced as well. And of course the epilogue (s) were amazing!!! :)

Liam was the fourth book in the Devil Souls MC by LeAnn Ashers.
Liam and Paisley met when they were in high school. Liam saved Paisley from a bad situation and they’ve been best friends ever since. Paisley was Torch’s daughter, book one. She was raised as the Devil Soul’s solo Princess long before wives and kids came into the picture. Liam became a prospect in the MC and enlisted at 19. He always said when his time was finished, he was coming back for Paisley. Fast forward eight years and the book begins.
Liam was told with a dual POV. True to Asher’s writing style, the story was over the top (OOT) again. I liked Liam but his OOT reactions were so unbelievable they made me roll my eyes and laugh. I didn’t care for Paisley as much. I liked her, I just didn’t love her. She seemed immature for a 26 year old raised around an MC so I expected more from her.
In the end, it reminded me of a fairytale - a modern MC fairytale - but a fairytale none the less. Everyone was happy and everything was prefect. When there was conflict - ie six men jumping Liam at once - he killed all six men without a scratch...and without a gun. There were dozens of scenes like that - so yea, this was not a realistic book, but I enjoyed it for the action packed and suspenseful storyline. So a reminder, if you like OOT, then this series is for you; however, if not, then probably not.
In the end, it was a quick, lighthearted read. However, it was a heavy topic and could still be a trigger for abuse for some. It may not have been my favorite of the series, but it was still enjoyable and entertaining. I gave it a 3.75 rating, which rounds up to a 4 on this review site.
Ashers continued to prep us for the Grimm Sinners MC series as well as other friends and offspring from the Devil Souls. Wherever Ashers takes us next, I’m looking forward to it.

Thoughts - on Series
Let's start off by saying that this was a brand new author for us and are we throughly enjoy this MC box set was each and every club members story was a blast.One thing we loved most about the series is that we loved all the characters as well as the women that they made their old ladies.
Out of all the stories Torch and Techy's stories were my favorites and I definitely developed a bit of a soft spot for both of them and in my opinion were definitely swoon worthy.One thing I loved about all these MC members how protective they were of their women as it was hot as hell and sure made me want to have one of them for my own ! lol It amazed me how all of them new for the onset of meeting their women that they were the one for them and took what the wanted right then and there.They had claimed their women from the onset of meeting them but, what I loved most is how each and every one of them courted their women as it was really sweet and endearing and boy did they spoil them lol. I will also say that I was in awe of these men as It was evident from the onset of the story how dangerous and violent these men could be but, when I came to their women in their presence they were all little lambs.All these men it was like they had two different personalties at any given time as the could be sweet and kind and caring as well as possessive and protective but, the minute their women or brothers or their families were threatened a switch was flipped and they all became lethal deadly killing machines.
Torch and Kayla what a whirlwind romance as Torch saved Kayla from being a victim of a women trafficking ring and from the minute they met is protective instincts took over and he was a goner.Kayla impressed me with her independence and the life she lived and never let her blindness get the best of her.I loved how regardless of her blindness she new for the onset of meeting Torch that he would be someone who she could trust. Omg ! did this couple have chemistry! I loved them together they were so sexy together and clearly perfect for one another.I loved Kayla she was one tough cookie and I have to say I loved the set down she gave a prospect who insulted her she had me laughing out loud when she took care of business.I loved Torch's possessiveness,his protective instincts and how he raised his daughter all on his own and did a damn good job of it.We also loved all those dark bits of him he is someone you definitely one someone in your corner.
Techy and Alisha were another favorite couple of ours. Techy made me hot !He surprised me the most as he was totally a alpha and I never really expected that of him.I loved his protective instincts of Alisha and the lengths he went to keep her safe.Omg !Techy was one totally sexy hot alpha that made a girls panties wet! We enjoyed the romance between Alisha and Techy as it was a sweet courtship but, once he claimed her fully we saw a whole other side of his alpha-ness but, most of all he an Alisha were perfect for another and made the cutest couple."We loved them !"
Butcher & Shaylin
Butcher was definitely a character that was full of layers as well as being very dark,dangerous and he carried this sadness and heartache around constantly with him and our heart broke for the pain he carried around within him all the time. Shaylin was a character that was a lot of fun as she was one of those little bad-asses. I loved the little MC princess who seemed deal with intense situations cool and calmly and never flinched and is someone you want in your corner when crap is going down around you.We loved how confident she always seem to be and yet surprised us in the next breath with owning a bakery and baking being her passion as it seemed so out of character for her.Did I mention she was a club Princess of another club and had a over protective father (Smiley) and brother (Lane) and a whole slew of uncles who were over protective of her and then comes along the Butcher from the Devil Souls who is dark and dangerous and claims her from the moment he set eyes on her.Can you say shit hit the fan ! lol Omg ! Did we love how Butcher finally claimed Shaylin as it was priceless! We loved their ending as it was perfect and we loved seeing Butcher for the first time in which seemed like forever happy.

Poor Paisley has been the one women who has been getting targeted the most due to
the fact that she is the Club Princess of the Devil Souls and also the fact that her father Torch is their VP is not helping matters it just makes the target bigger.Liam and Paisley have been in love with each other since High School but, after years apart he is back to claim his women.This story was full of tons of drama due to the fact the the clubs enemies have been targeting the old ladies so as you can imagine the war became more deadly and the club is out to eliminate their enemies and their out for blood.
Liam was yet another alpha in the mix of things.We love his cockiness his swag and good looks.We loved his possessiveness and how protective he was of Paisley but, one thing for sure is Paisley is no wilting flower.Liam his some brass balls for sure taking on Torch Paisley's father when it comes to claiming his baby girl.We have to say there were some
really funny standoffs between the two throughout the story that made us laugh out loud more than once.
Paisley and Liam made the perfect couple they were so sweet together.This couple had major chemistry and were clearly deeply in love with one another.I loved Paisley's sense of humor and outgoing personality.One of the things we loved about Liam as well as
the other members is how when they are in public with their women they make sure the men around them know for sure their women are claimed by them which
made for some memorable moments throughout the story time and time again. lol
We loved the conclusion to this on going series as this last story was filled with so much drama had tons of sub plots and the story had you on edge even more wondering if they all were going to come out un scathed from this war.I have to give a shout out to the old ladies of this club as they made us laugh out loud time and time again not only that we loved how they
had each others back and even proved it once or twice which lead to some really hilarious moments.
For us this was a awesome series as all the character's were all so love-able that you could not help but form and connection with them.We loved that these dark and dangerous men found their perfect mates and although the road to their happily ever after was fraught with twists and turns and danger we loved falling in love with these character's along the way and we really enjoyed being on their adventures to get their.he entire series

Im confused
.. it says 8 years later.. but he was deployed 2 years ago... sooo??? Confused?
I have to say this was one i didn't enjoy alot of "im beat someones ass" "you fucked with the blah blah" " bitch ass" more beat downs... as much as i enjoy the others in this series i am tired...of OTT alpha females... you can be strong and fierce without beating someone just because they looked at your man.. or try to be strong and beat a grown ass man like i understand they want payback and power but some of those scenes were OTT like was it really necessary?? Maybe thats why the whole OTT alpha old lady ruined this book for me... please author can you tone down the alphaness in these ladies.. theirs badass and than theirs annoying...
“I think we need to show this bitch what it’s like to get their ass beat, since this bitch let her kids get the same treatment over the years,” I tell the girls.
Beside that mess.. Liam and Paisley were a cute couple who took their time since Liam went to join the army to make something of himself.. and Paisley getting over almost being sexual assault.. plus we get more from the next set of characters...
Low angst, no ow/om drama (if you wanna count the guy who almost raped her or the caty woman) , No cheating, Drama, sexy times, secondary charas, virgins

Book four in the Devil Souls MC, this is Liam and Paisley's story. Paisley had a pretty good life in school, good friends, good grades. She was sixteen when she laid eyes on Liam, dark and brooding, she couldn't keep her eyes off of him. Then on one fateful day, he saves her life from a crazy man trying to take her. Now she's positive someday they'll be together.
Liam didn't have a great childhood. He had it pretty rough, and the MC was a lifeline for him. Liam is determined to be the kind of man deserving of Paisley. He's off after school to become that person. Eight long years later, he's back to claim what's his, and nothing will stand in his way. The cartel is moving in, along with a mystery danger, and he'll protect her with everything he has. He's a SEAL, and he'll use his training to keep the woman he loves safe.
I felt like we waited forever for Liam and Paisley's story! We've met them in previous books, so theirs was a long time coming. I loved that they got their lives together first. She was a dedicated nurse and loved her job, and he was the best at his job as a SEAL. The connection between the two hadn't dimmed over the years and I enjoyed following their journey to becoming each other's person. Liam was amazingly protective over her, and the love he felt for her was almost tangible. Paisley was sweet, but had a tough side when it came to standing up for herself and the people she loved. I love when the female lead can fight for herself instead of hiding behind someone. There were so many surprising twists and turns and a shocking twist you'll never see coming.

Wow. Again Leann, you amaze me.
Liam & Paisley are incredible. We finally get their story & everything was perfection. It’s truly amazing how the writer is able to intertwine all her characters together. After every book, I can’t wait for more & the next couple. If you like romance, action, & realistic characters do not hesitate to buy & read!!!

I love reading MC stories, but it's so hard to find one that doesn't have all the OW drama going on.
Liam was deliciously OTT, possessive and sweet. But only with Paisley.
Paisley was a independent and pretty bad ass herself, but she melted when Liam got all growly and took care of her.
While there is a lot of sexy, fun times, there's is also some side drama thrown in. Trust me, you won't want to put the book down .
Definitely can't wait to see where Leann Ashers takes us next.

First of all I really love the characters LeAnn creates... absolutely devoted, possessive and protective alpha men... but I just feel like in every book happens the same and I had to skip some parts because I really got bored:
- there are always enemies showing up everywhere they go + shootings and drive bys x100
- the bad guys are always after the girls
- the girls are always beating someone up (like a mean Mafiosi with steel knuckles and bats etc)
- and there is always an adoption of some child (abandoned niece, unknown little brother etc)
Every time the same 🤷🏼♀️

Ok read. It had potential and I liked how they wait for each other but I lost interest after they finally got together and just skipped a lot. The story was too long which led to too many repetitive monologues in both POV like "how can he/she get so lucky to have each other"; or "he/she is the sweetest person ever", etc. Not to mention the repeated beating someone.
It would be better if remove these repeated sentences and make this story shorter.

I've been waiting for this book for so long, ever since reading Torch & Kayla's story and were given small teasers in there about Liam and Paisley and then the next books, especially Butcher & Shaylin's story which is the third book of the series, we got to see more of Liam and Paisley and then we were left excited and anxious for their anticipated story to be told to us and now it's here and it was AMAZING!!
These two have been waiting and in love with each other since Paisley was 16 years old and Liam was 17 years old and rescued her from a horrible fate. These two are soulmates and have been waiting, faithfully, for 10 years to finally be together and it was beautiful when Liam is finally home and ready to claim his woman <3 ;)
Ten years of waiting, longing, waiting faithfully without hesitation from both parts to solidify their relationship status and for the claiming to be established even though everyone in the MC knew that Paisley was Liam because he made quite clear to everyone she was his. There were no others for either of them and I loved that :) because they knew no one would be enough or compare and they knew in their hearts that they were each other's one <3
Paisley was an amazing character and such a contrast to what she's been portrayed at first. Yes, she has a caring nature, loves to help people and that's one of the main reasons she became a nurse. She's also sweet, genuine, innocent, kind but that all changes when someone she loves like Liam and/or her MC family and friends are threatened and a total warrior surfaces... she knows how to handle guns like a professional because her uncle, Kyle and her dad, Torch taught her and she really knows how to use it too ;) She's fierce, protective, strong, independent and determined to help in any way she can to put a stop to the threats endangering her family and friends, especially the love of her life, Liam <3
Paisley is the ideal mate to Liam, a man with a really bad childhood, horrible parents, wonderful sister who's also been through a lot (she also has her story with Ethan, "Loving his Forever")... this guy is tough as nails and is twisted, I think at the same level as Butcher, at least to me but he is patient, supportive, completely devoted to Paisley's happiness and safety, fiercely protective and possessive of his woman and definitely loyal not only to her but to his MC family and his sister too :)

There are also funny moments that had me cracking up so hard, tears started flowing down my cheeks like a waterfall... it had to do with Torch still unable to accept that his baby girl was claimed and that would mean that Paisley is no longer his baby girl but a woman with a man who has staked his claim. I loved reading the scenes with Torch and Liam because Liam would do something like constantly touch Paisley, knowing that it bothered Torch and even Paisley was amused by their pissing contest and glaring competitions that were initiated by her dad, Torch.
We all know that Torch, deep down did approve of Liam claiming Paisley, since everyone knew it was a long time coming, but he was reluctant because she was his daughter but for him, it was hard to let her go and accept that another man will protect her from now on, but he does approve, so don't worry guys, especially when he sees the way that Liam is utterly in love with Paisley, his complete devotion to her, as well as making sure that Paisley is safe, feels loved and cherished and is always protected <3 What father wouldn't want that for his daughter? So of course, Torch reluctantly accepts their relationship, even though we all know he likes Liam :)
There's a lot going on in this book and I can't wait to see who's story is next, in either series, "Devil Souls MC" or "Grim Sinners MC" and even individually. I don't care either way because I love all of LeAnn Ashers stories <3

Liam is book four in the Devil Souls MC series. I have been itching to get my hands on this book for as long as I can remember. Ok, ok, since Liam was introduced in Ethan and Braelyn’s story. And the little snippets of him and Paisley mentioned in the previous books in this series left me even more eager for him. I love the Devil Souls series; it is one of my all time favourite book series. Usually with a series, I can pick a favourite hero but not this series. I love and want them all!
I freaking love Liam and Paisley. They are perfect for one another. The chemistry, passion and attraction between them were through the roof. I liked that Paisley waited for Liam. She didn’t waver on her feelings for him once. I liked how possessive and protective Liam was of Paisley. I was amused at his and Torch’s bickering over Paisley. I liked that Paisley could stand up for herself. Yes, she didn’t like violence but when it came to protecting her love ones and getting revenge, the cards were off the table and she was down for it. She was kick ass when she needed to be. I loved the friendship Paisley had with Vanessa. I liked that she was protective of her friend.
Paisley wasn’t a weak character. She was strong, confident, loving and kickass. She proved her strength when she didn’t whine or run away and hide after what happened to her and her back (yup no spoilers).
Without giving anything away: I liked Caiden, he was super cute and I was happy that Liam and Paisley did what they did for him.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an action packed sweet read. I cannot wait for more books from this series. I would recommend reading this book as part of a series in order to get the back-story on all of the characters but that is just my personal opinion.

I have been waiting for this book for awhile now. I was so excited to get this book. I feel in love with it so fast it is hard to explain.
This couple was a long time coming. For ten years they were waiting to come together. Paisley was meant to belong to Liam and everyone knew it. It was like they waited for each other. Paisley was only 16 years old and Liam only 17. Sometimes when someone is by fate waiting for the soul mate it turns out to be awesome.
I love Leann Ashers writing this one was no different. I like the way that Liam and Paisley did not want anyone else and there was no one else. I found that special in a sweet kind of way.
Paisley was such a wonderful and caring person. She was just a loving person. It made sense for her to become a nurse. She was always around guns and she knew how to use them. Torch taught her how to shoot a gun and believe me she was not afraid to use one, especially if the people she loved were at risk.
Liam was in the seals and when his time was up he was right there to claim his girl Paisley. He had a terrible childhood because his parents were so awful. But his sister helped him to make it through.
I felt like Paisley and Liam were meant to be together. This book is full of excitement. I love reading MC romance books because I love all the twist and turns that happen. Believe me this book will not let you down. I am ready for the next one. You must read this book to see all the things that go on. I am a really true believer not to reveal to much in a book. Just go ahead and grab it you will not be disappointed.

Another reread for me. I love this series.
June 2018:Love, love, love this story. I'm so glad they both were celibate while he was away. They were only separated by distance. They were each other's one and only. I just love that. There was a lot of drama and action outside the relationship. Great addition to this series. One of my favorite series by far. He saved her from being raped in the beginning.

After reading all the other books in this series I was waiting for this and it didn't disappoint!
I absolutely loved the interactions between Torch and Liam. This book has a little bit of everything and I couldn't put the book down and finished it in one sitting.
This is definitely an author which I will continue to read!

Ah....Book #4, did not suck too much either. So going from Books #1 and #2 of the series, to Books #3 and #4, you see a MAJOR improvement.

WHILE MS. ASHERS IS GETTING BETTER WITH HER STORIES, SHE KEEPS TO THE SAME OLE FORMULA FOR HER CHARACTERS.... NOT GOOD.
In EVERY BOOK...
- The heroine is either a virgin or hasn't had sex so long she's a "born again virgin".
- The heroine has never had an orgasm from from a man, even those who aren't virgins (I think in only one book a heroine had given herself one).
- The men are badasses but are always perfect gentlemen to their women. When I say perfect, I mean perfect....as in unreal.
- The MC can kill, assault, torture anyone they choose (in any town or state) without the police finding out. And if the police DO find out, they are always on the side and/or in pocket of the MC.
- If someone is kidnapped they are found right away without anything traumatic happening.
- The heroines kinda seem helpless, but if someone threatens a friend or loved one, they become ass kicking ninjas.
- The MC men are always so scary that they make every person they barely threaten piss their pants. Quite a few of them even shit themselves. The town of Raleigh is full of incontinent people.
- If you even talk about raping these women, the women will come after your dick with a tazers and/or a guns. And if they don't get you, the men will.
- Both MC's (The Grim Sinners and Devils Souls) each "own about 50 companies", oh brother. It would take a monstrous amount of people, time and effort to keep 50 businesses going and yet, these guys have all the free time in the world!
- All of them are always shot at in their bulletproof trucks or SUVs so that they can go on and on about how smart it was that that they upgraded their vehicles and clubhouse with bulletproof glass.
- The heros want to start having babies before they tell profess their love or offer any real commitment like their property patch or an engagement ring to the heroine.
- Speaking of engagement ring, every heroine ends up with a gaudy diamond encrusted ROSE GOLD engagement ring
- When they get married, the MC hero never let's the heroine walk down the aisle, he always meets her halfway, too impatient to kiss the hell outta her and piss the priest off.

LeAnn Ashers has done it again! She has made MC reads steamy and red-hot; case in point “Liam”. This is the story I have been dying to read Liam & Paisley’s epic love story ever since Ms. Ashers introduced us to their teenage blooming love story back in Torch’s story. Ever since then we have been given glimpses of their upcoming love story. Liam is book four in the Devil Souls MC series. We were introduced to Liam back in Ethan and Braelyn’s story. Liam held my attention even then because he had this way about him. I knew due to his past, he needed someone that would love him and give him peace- that person is Paisley. Liam and Paisley are perfect for one another. They have the connection, the sizzling chemistry and the steamy passion that explodes off the pages to keep you hooked from start to finish. When Paisley was 16 year old and Liam was 17, he rescued her from a horrible fate and ever since then, they have been fated for one another. It has been a long 10 years for them to finally get their HEA love story but now, after Liam is out of the military and is home, he is back for Paisley. They both waited faithfully without hesitation from both sides to solidify their relationship among their MC families and friends. Which when you think about it, nothing needed to be solidified because everyone knew Paisley was Liam’s, just as Liam was Paisley’s. What would LeAnn Asher’s MC series be without some drama, angst, action and super steamy passion. This book was everything I was hoping for and then some. Paisley is so sweet yet she is sassy like her step mamma. She is caring, innocent, sweet and has one sassy personality. Then we have Liam-oh wow, what a swoon worthy hero! He is possessive and has some darkness to him which is ok, because Paisley is his light. OMG This is one sensational romance MC read that will have you in serious book hanger when the book ends. There are ups, downs, twists, turns and something I definitely didn’t see coming. Liam is a MUST READ!!!

I swear. Every time I pick up a LeAnn Ashers book I am lost to the world for hours on end. Liam is yet another incredible addition to this series that blew me away. I have an endless list of things I loved about this book, but for the sake of time and character limits I’ll try to narrow it down to the highlights.
First there’s the fact no one does bada*$ ladies quite like LeAnn. Paisley is most definitely her father’s daughter and while she’s filled with grace and sweetness she is also someone you do not want to cross when it comes to those she loves. I freaking LOVE THAT about her so much! Her heart is huge and she loves so strongly but the kindness and gentleness so stop her from being a fierce protector in her own right. I adore her!
Second is Liam and all things perfection. Much like her women, no one does the perfect alpha male like LeAnn. A beautiful balance of sweet swoony romance, insanely hot sexiness, and tough protective biker bada*$ all in one gorgeous package make Liam irresistible. Get ready to fight over this book boyfriend folks. You’re allllllllll gonna want him. *also, DIBS!
Next is the beauty that is Liam and Paisley’s love. *dreamy sigh* these two get all the heart eyes from me. Since I first found LeAnn’s books I’ve been waiting for them to get their moment and god! It’s just so perfect. I could not handle the level of swoon with them. They have this immensely deep connection that spans time and distance that is absolutely beautiful to read.
All of that is just the highlights of what this book has. Add in intense suspense and shocking twists all packed with action that has you on pins and needles and you’ve got a book that is impossible to put down and leaves you dying for more in this series!

I've been following her career and getting a new book is like Christmas morning...
LeAnn Ashers has a raw and dark writing full of feelings and emotions into the mix. Things will happen that will shake your life... Trust me...
Liam is her latest release and it's the fourth book from the Devils Souls MC series.
This book explores the lifes of Liam and Paisley.
I've wanted to know more about these two since the moment I read Butcher and I can't tell you how happy I am right now. But to full understand this series, I advise you to read the other 4 books in order.
Liam and Paisley met when they were teens and they were instantly attracted to one another. When he saved her from some bad stuff they knew that they needed to be together. Now, 10 years latter they can be together because he's finally back from service. But...
Let's not forget that the fact that Paisley is Torch's daughter...

I'm stunned and so happy that the wait is over.
The plot is superb, super engaging, wild and dangerous at the same time.
The danger is just around the corner and you must pay attention. The crime, punishment, deceive are very present as well as true love, loyalty, friendship.
Things were happening and I was so into the story that it could have been raining and a huge storm outside and I wouldn't have notice...
Once I started to read it I couldn't put it down...
