Abe spoke to my group recently and while 4 hours isn't nearly enough to consume decades of research...this led me to continue my exploration with this book. It's a deep dive with scenarios and dialog which illustrate our behaviors at a base psychological level. This kind of teaching adds depth to your study of leadership And management of oneself and others in an organization.

How to communicate and build bridges with people you’re in conflict with. I’ve been getting into looping conflicts with a dear friend. This book was an excellent refresher in how to change my own behaviour and words in response to the irritants that trigger me.
