From Books I (partial), IV, and V of Caesar's Commentary on the Gallic Wars. This text can be read by students who have finished Familia Romana. 96 pp. Contains an index of names, and an index of vocabulary. Text and marginal notes in Latin.
Great book to read to get a sense of Caesar’s style, especially after finishing Familia Romana- also good for bridging the gap to Roma Aeterna. Overall fantastic for extensive reading, and for improving vocab. Would recommend reading multiple times to ensure all vocab gets assimilated, before getting a longer reader of Bello Gallico if more Caesar’s desired!
