I must really like this subject, because this book contained very nitty-gritty details on the actual shapes of the runes. Which shapes were common, not so common, and what were the original forms of each of the 24 characters of this 2000 year old Germanic alphabet. Many books on runes are from the new age section in bookstores. Not this one.
Learned much not only of runes, but of the formation of alphabets in general.
Recommended only for the serious runester.
