A Reverse Harem (MFM) Story

Krystal has spent years locked in isolation, enduring torture day after day. It might drive a lesser woman mad. Her sudden freedom leads to a journey across the forbidding landscape. Unexpected allies appear, and new challenges block their path. Embracing every opportunity as a chance, Krystal must trust these five lost souls, her wild ability to heal, and most of all—herself.

They owe a debt they cannot pay…

Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland, and Jett spent years in bespelled servitude. Slaves to the unforgivable, they seek to atone for misdeeds beyond their power. Discovering a Sister alone in the woods, they pledge themselves to her service. Saving Krystal is more than a means to an end, though, as one by one she restores their hope, love, and faith. They will need all of their strength and hers. Loving her saved them, but losing her may save the world.

Imagine time is a game of chess.... What an absolutely terrific story that had me hooked and guessing until the End... of Days...

Wow! What an absolutely terrific story this is! What more can I say? I'm not really sure how to classify 'Compassion Be Damned', the fourth book in Rebecca Royce's Last Hope series, but here are my thoughts. Is it paranormal? yes... kind of. It has demons, a Sisterhood of slayers, prophecies, oracles, shape-shifting ravens, elves, something that reminded me vividly of the Hindu god Ganesha, souls of potential people as well as those long past, and magic. Is it science fiction? Well, it is set in the future as an apocalyptic world over-run with demons and zombies approaches the End of Days, so I'd probably have to say yes... kind of. Is it a love story? Yes... kind of. There is love of all kinds in abundance, but you'll have to read a long way into the book to find any steam, and when you do get there, there's plenty of it.

I haven't actually read the first three books in this series, but being a long-time fan of Rebecca Royce's books, and knowing that she usually likes to write her books as series' where each story is set within a continuing saga, I did worry that I might be missing a lot, but I needn't have worried. This book can easily be read as a stand alone and I didn't feel like I was missing anything, although I'd love to read the others. This mind-blowing story had me totally hooked from beginning to end and trying to figure out what was going on like I was putting a jigsaw puzzle together, and I was as confused as the characters, but the further I read the more I felt like it was a game of chess in which the characters were pieces on the board. An eternal game of chess played between the ultimate good, Divinity, and the ultimate evil, The Darkness, who does have a name which comes out later in the book, played over and over again from the beginning of time until the end of days... Armageddon. When the game was won, apparently usually by The Darkness, it would begin again with the same players and the same pieces on the board. But this time, something has changed. As the final battle is being fought others, with a vested interest in the outcome, have come along, changed the board... from a flat object resting on a table somewhere to a 3D version with multiple tiers (anyone who saw the original series of Star Trek will know exactly what I'm talking about) and moved the pieces around... now, a new version of the game is being played out and no-one knows what the outcome will be...

This is Krystal's story from her imprisonment by the Darkness who desperately wants to take over her body and power, her rescue by Aspen, her journey to Anne's Sisterhood, her every step dogged by the Darkness and the characters she meets along the way, all of them helping to get her there. It is a story of light versus dark, good versus evil, of love and redemption, renewal and rebirth, and the eternal nature of the soul. This story is filled with mysterious and wonderful characters who each play a part in the ultimate outcome, from the Ravens who keep appearing and changing into men with dire warnings, helpful advice and disturbing, even depressing, information, the mysterious Aspen whose story, when it was eventually told, brought tears to my eyes, Krystal, the pivotal character who has the wrong powers, healing instead of demon slaying, the hot as hell guards Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland and Jett, who love her, the Sisterhood which includes the prophet, the oracle, the teacher, their leader Anne, the Warrior who appears here and there but remains unidentified and doesn't come into play until very nearly the end of the book, Krystal herself, I cried for her and her willingness to do what she had to (you'll understand when you get to that part), Benet and the elves, friendly trees, Beelzebub aka Bob, so many more and I absolutely loved Bonney, the horse. Then there's the evil Sister Katrina and the Darkness she allowed to possess her... I could go on and on, but what I'm not going to do is tell you the story, for that, you'll have to read the book. I absolutely loved it and have given it a more than well earned, but paltry for how good it is, 5 stars. I will definitely be reading this story again, and have added it to my list of books to rescue if the house was burning down.

I don't know if there is another author who writes RH books who can write a series and have each book with a different female character and a different harem and make you fall in love with all of them.

I love the plot of this series so much. The concept that the heroine and her guys were destined for each other is just so adorable.

All the major players are finally falling into place and I am intrigued to see how it will all end.

The Darkness chose Krystal. The Darkness that has lived inside Sister Katherine for years needs a new host and it wants Krystal. When Krystal manages to somehow block it from possessing her, Katherine locks her in a room, isolating her from the rest of the sisters, the world for years. Each night she battles the Darkness. When a sudden, unexpected rescue releases Krystal she is given directions to get to the train and make her way to Anne's Convent. Along the way, she encounters Brother Raven and five former guards of Sister Katherine. Controlled by Katherine, the five, Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland, and Jett committed wrongful acts and now feel the need for atonement. They see the chance for redemption with Krystal. She is their light, their hope, and their chance at love. Krystal, who has never had the powers of a normal Sister, but can heal and bring rebirth instead, feels a strong attachment to the men as well. Unfortunately, her role as a sister will end any chance they have to be together even as she saves the world.

Compassion Be Damned is the continuing story of the end of times. A time when demons walk freely, possessing people, destroying the earth. Krystal is the antidote in a way different from the other Sisters. Her story is unlike their's in many ways. Elves, an elephant-headed man, a magical horse, Bob, happy eggs. This book is wonderful. This story is more emotional than the others and held me spellbound from beginning to end. Rebecca took Krystal's story in directions I could have never imagined. Five guards riddled with guilt and remorse; who want to be the men they were meant to be. A woman who can't see her own worth but is utterly amazing. A bond between the six that transcends land and sky, before and now, life, and death. It's a fantastic story.

The end is clearly near. This series has been building to the ultimate battle; winner takes earth. This book moved us much closer to that final. The players are all in place now. Everyone finally knows and understands their role. Each Sister is so special in her own way and each demonstrates how precious love in this world is. Together, with their guards they are formidable. I can't wait to see how it all plays out.

Compassion Be Damned is the fourth book in the Last Hope series by author Rebecca Royce. This is part of an on-going series and should be read in order. I will admit I did not read this series in order. I was a tad lost on finer details. The main story itself though really kept my attention and was easily understood. However, I really think you should read this book in order.
In this book, we meet Krystal. She is a Sister. Not by choice but because the Orals chose her. She tries to be a good Sister to fight the demons, but she has no offensive powers. She can heal others, not herself, but she cannot do anything harmful to demons. So this causes her to doubt herself.
Then there is Sister Katherine, the head Sister. She wants Krystal for her own purposes. There is a demon that wants to possess Krystal. Krystal’s saving grace is she can stop it from possessing her.
This leads to her being locked away. For three years.
Once she is rescued she meets Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland, and Jett. Her guardians of sorts. They are to protect her.
They are trying to redeem themselves. I liked each of them very much. They each bring something different to the table. Ry is the tough one, Paden is more romantic and sweet, Jett is a tad dark, and Titus is a true born leader.
Thrown a shape-shifting crow into the mix and you have a story I couldn’t stop reading. This book is the kind of story you read when you have time to sink into a world and really get into what you are reading. I think fans of the series will love this book. There is action, adventure, love, and mystery. I know I loved it and highly suggest reading this one.

Compassion Be Damned: A Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance (Last Hope Book 4) Kindle Edition
by Rebecca Royce
I was graciously afforded an ARC and I am writing my own honest review.

Rebecca is a force! Wow! I love this series and this book which I hope is never the last. (get it) A blockbuster in this fairly new genre and beyond what any fan should expect, I can only fan girl out.

A heroine who really stands out for her cover – not a waif who is billed by the publisher as a BBW – but a real, gorgeous woman! And for her story of religious and romantic change. As always, Ms. Royce fills her character in, never allowing a simple sketch to get the girl under the covers.

The heroes here aren't quite as different from one another as there are in her space series, Wings of Artemis, and they do kind of blend, but they are fun and perky for boys!

The story thrills and keeps you turning page after page. We meet Krystal after she escapes a multi-year long isolation with the help of another of Royce's Heroines, Teagan. Her rush across the Badlands to The Sisterhood's refuge brings her in contact with her true loves. There is so much meat to bite into in terms of story, and the love scenes are sizzling but sweet.

My only complaint is just one I have with all and I do mean all literature of the last few years. It may be a GenX thing but honestly, Zombies are dull as characters. And this is one of two of her series that uses them. I am more of a fang fan.

The Book Nerd is thrilled to Highly Recommend this!

Krystal never thought of herself as a true Sister. She didn't have the powers that normal Sisters did. She never considered herself to be anything special at all. The Darkness thought otherwise. It chose Krystal. When she refused, she was locked away. Forced to face The Darkness every night until she gave in. When she finally gets a chance to escape, she has hope for the first time in a long time. She is sent on a long journey. Luckily she finds help along the way. Facing demons of their own, a group of guards with no Sister take it upon themselves to get Krystal where she needs to be. It's a good thing too b/c Krystal isn't supposed to make it to her destination and there are many forces at work to keep her from accomplishing her goal.

This is the fourth book in the Last Hope series. While all the books focus on a different set of main characters, you really should read them all and in order. You get a better understanding of the world they are in and you see the characters again.

As always with this series, I don't want to talk to much about what actually happens in the book. These are more of the 'you need to feel your way through it' kinda books. I will tell you that this series is about a world being taken over by demons. The Sisters are chosen by Divinity to fight the demons and save humanity. Krystal is different though. She doesn't fight, she heals. She's always felt she was unimportant b/c of this. Always made to feel like she was worthless, a mistake. She just may be the most important of all.

In this book we get to meet a few new characters and the world is expanded on just a bit. We get more information from some past characters to set us up for the final book in the series as well. All of the books have been leading up to the big, final battle but this one really set it all in motion.

I know this talks more about the series in general than Krystal and her story but Rebecca is an author that writes stories that tug on your heart. I want you to feel every emotion that I did while you are reading. I don't want to take one single second of that away from you. To touch a little more of Krystal and her guys there's this. Rebecca does a fantastic job of giving us characters that don't fit the mold. Krystal isn't a petite, model attractive female who automatically knows what needs to be done and handles it. She has flaws. She's awkward and weak at times. It makes her feel real to me. The guards in this story have their own jaded pasts. They have done things that they will carry with them always. But deep down, they are honorable, loving men. Rebecca couldn't have written a group more perfect for each other. They face a lot of obstacles in this book. A LOT! I was rooting for them all the way to the end. And what an end it was.

I really enjoy all of Rebecca's books but this is my favorite series by far. Y'all know that I'm a hard one on the emotions and every book in this series has gotten to me. I'm not big on highlighting parts of books that stand out or remembering certain things said in books. I'm not a favorite quote kind of person. But every single one of these books has had at least one line that struck me. If you have never read any of Rebecca's books or if you love her others series. You must read this series.

Compassion Be Damned
A Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance Last Hope Book 4
by Rebecca Royce
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been a fan of Rebecca Royce for a long time. One of the things I expect to squirm in my seat and need to cool down after reading the sizzling hot scenes she writes. She pulled out all the stops on Compassion Be Damned - her characters made tears come to my eyes, made me laugh out loud and melt with the intensity of the emotions I experienced during this fantastic read. After all, what’s not to love when a group of five handsome guards who thrives on protecting you meet up with the uncontrollable. This is a captivating addition to this fantastic series. This story focus is on Krystal, Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland, and Jett, they have spent years being bespelled into servitude. But now they are seeking to atone for their misdeeds that they did even though it was beyond their power. They are intenting to save Krystal. But she restores their hope, love, and faith. Which they will need all of their strength including hers along with their love for her to saved them all.
I enjoyed reading Compassion Be Damn it's a great addition to this series. I have read several of Rebecca Royce books, including the previous books to this series, what a fabulous series it's makes a unforgettable charming read.
I enjoyed reading reverse harem books, is what I’d call a dream come true. They are more supportive than heavy handed and what I liked best about them is that they are not jealous of each other despite that they share her. It’s no secret that I love second chance love stories, and this one is combined with the end of the world stuff, plus it's beautifully written. This still has her trademark sizzling hot love scenes –that's steamy and plentiful!

There are things you have to reconcile with yourself before you dive into this series, the heroes won’t always speak in complete sentences and her books are long. But she really knows how to bring it, and the Last Hope series is proof of that. Rebecca Royce books are so detailed you find yourself immersed in the story before you know it, and these are love stories you can believe in even though they are fantasy. This is not a one week fairytale here. These relationships take years to grow and solidify. There’s never a dull moment, and before you realize it, you have stayed up all night to finish the book. While you don’t have to have read the previous books in this series, but it will definitely enhance your reading experience, as there are recurring characters throughout these books. I am looking forward to reading more of this series, particularly the next book. If you’re a fan of Rebecca Royce, then you don't want to miss this series. If you’ve never read her before and are thinking of reading her books, this series captures just how special her writing is. This will be a great series to start with and I promise you will hunt down every book she has written to read. I highly recommend this book and series.

‘Compassion Be Damned’ is the fourth, and next to the last, book in the Last Hope series. This is a story about the End of Days and a Sisterhood with their lovers and guards who, through a series of visions and prophecies, are trying to save the world. This is definitely not a stand alone book. You probably would be able to get an idea of the overall story arch by reading it, but would definitely enjoy it more by reading the first three books in the series first.

This is Krystals and her lovers/guards story. I have to confess that I had a difficult time with this one, especially the ending. It actually reminded me of a recent book in Lisa Ladew’s One True Mate series. That one dealt with time travel, and while that wasn’t exactly what happened in ‘Compassion Be Damned’ there were parts where I felt as lost. About half way through the book Rebecca took a turn that I definitely didn’t see coming. While I enjoyed the ride, this story definitely felt more surreal to me than the others in the series.

Zeke, Paden, Titus, Ryland and Jett were as hunky and sweet as all the other guards in the other stories, and even though their love could only end one way once the truth was revealed, I still kept hoping for something different to happen. It’s hard to explain better without giving any spoilers away though. Yes, they all were together at the end, and the final battle for the End of Days was set up nicely, but somehow I still felt sad when I finished the book. That’s a first for me with this author. I can’t say she could have ended it any differently, since through the whole story I felt like I was Alice falling down the rabbit hole anyway. I’m not sure if that was her intention or not, and you definitely have to read this one so you won’t be lost when reading the final book in the series. It just didn’t all come together in the end the way I wanted it to.

So this is a fast paced read of a heroine and her heroes that takes a turn that feels like your own personal acid trip. So brace yourself for the ride.

Is it too much if i say i do not want to see this series ending like ever?
I love so much how complex these books are and how intriguing each story is and how much struggle and redemption and action packed they are.
The world the author has made is simply amazing and just when you finally said i got it and i know what is going on she just throws a major twist in your way and she amazes you and changes the whole game.
I love this world and these characters and i can't wait for the next book to come!

Krystal has faced so much pain in her life. She is sent on a journey that offers her unexpected surprises and the opportunity to meet men that want to aid her in her efforts. Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland, and Jett are seeking redemption for the pain they unwittingly caused and their journey connects them to Krystal.

This is a great read and I highly recommend the whole series. Krystal is such a good hearted person who has suffered ever since she was taken from her family. She is strong and determined and has survived torture. She has a mission and will do whatever it takes to complete what needs to be done to protect others.

I really liked the men that are on their own journey seeking redemption. They made a bad choice and it lead to years of activities that haunt them. They really want to keep Krystal safe and offer her what she has been missing.

The series always offers some really interesting twists you don't expect. There is information they do not have that greatly impacts them. It was very sad at times to hear their pain but their love is a very positive force.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

This series is so good, it actually astounds me how each subsequent book can be better than the last, but it’s true. Compassion Be Damned is certainly no exception to that rule. This book is absolutely inspiring. The plot is beyond intriguing, the writing is extraordinary, and the characters just jump right off the page and into your heart. Never has true love and loyalty been so evident as in this book. The characters embody true devotion and faithfulness, to each other and to the world at large. They completely draw you into the story until you are absolutely obsessed with their lives and relationships. This book also keeps you on the edge of your seat, never really knowing what’s going to be thrown next at these characters. They meet each new challenge though with passion, dedication, and righteousness in their heart. I would highly recommend this book, and I absolutely can’t wait to see what comes next in this truly phenomenal saga.

Krystal has been isolated by Katrina so the darkness can attempt to possess her. Krystal has been successful in keeping him out, but she isn't sure how much longer she can hold out.

We've learned some about the Ravens and Aspen in the previous books in this one we learn even more. It's Aspen that sets Krystal free and sets her on a course other than what the divinities had seen for her.

The five guards that should be Krystal's are also the ones that kidnapped Mika. Having broken free from Katrina's hold on them they are heading to the new Sisterhood to apologize and ask her forgiveness.

They find Krystal on her way to the train and help her in spite of her protests.

Their journey is fraught with danger and the darkness is relentless in it's pursuit.
Krystal learns more things that are puzzling to her even as she falls for the men who have assigned themselves to be her guards.

So much happens in this book, and so much more is explained. I really can't wait to read the next in this series, this world needs redemption.

Wow I hate knowing this series is coming to an end. This book is so intense. I just felt for Krystal and what she went through so much. Endless torture nightly by The Darkness wanting to take over her soul for years. Hell no, her will was so strong in resisting. She had no clue about herself or self esteem. Help finally comes and on the way to Anne's she comes across five men wanting to escort her to Anne's. They're wanting to find redemption for a wrong they commented. On their travels they find out more about each other and grow together as it was always meant to be. Krystal finally figures out her role in the fight and knows she will have to make a big sacrifice to save them all.
I love this book! It was so hard to put down and so emotional. I rooted so much for Krystal. She deserved so much out of life.
I voluntarily agreed to review this book. My review is my own honest opinion.

Krystal had been taken as a baby like all the other sisters from thier family and raised in the sisterhood because they had gifts to fIght demons. But when it because time for her powers to come in they are different then the others she is a healer. She has spent the last 3 years trapped in a cell by katrina before she is freed.
Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland, and Jett had taken an oath to become guards for the sisterhood. Katrina had placed a spell on them , now then are out to redeem themselves when they run it to krystal and know she is thier one to protect, thier.
Oh so many twist and turns in this story all the way to the end of the story! I loved the characters thier awsome. Great action, drama, mystery, intrigue, betrayal, the list could on forever. I couldn't put it down and can't wait for the next book in the series.

COMPASSION BE DAMNED

I loved this book, which is a great addition to the series. This author has once again delivered another amazing read, with her wild and creative imagination. ‘Compassion be Damned’ is an intriguing and entertaining read, that has few twist and turns along the way. Quiet an intense and emotional story at times, but also alot of love to go around. Loved all the characters, for their own individual personalities and for the way they protect each other. They were a great group, who all fit together well. From the start the storyline drew me in and I could not put this book down until it was finished. A really enjoyable read. Thumbs up to the author. A copy was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book with my honest opinion.

I absolutely love this series. It has gone differently than i expected when I first began to read this series. But not in a bad way. It is absolutely fantastic! And no offense to the Wings if Artemis series but I adore this series more because it just keeps getting more and more unexpected twists. Such as the Krystal we were introduced to in past books wasn't Krystal at all but a demon in disguise.

But the now the REAL Krystal has her own book and it turns out she's been a prisoner of the possessed fake Sister Superior Katrina. With help she escapes and told to go to Sister Anne's REAL Sisterhood. On the way she meets five guards who vow to protect her. She thinks they're not her guards as she doesn't see herself as a Sister but she wants them to be hers... Krystal has danger following her and she can change the future bur only if she lives and all the odds are against her....

First off this is not a stand alone book. To understand all within, you must read the previous books in this brilliant series. Holy moly this book had my jaw dropping! Sweet Krystal and her huge heart ended up being the biggest bada$$ of them all!!! The war isn't over yet, but thanks to revelations (and HUGE surprises) revealed to her and her guards the Sisters have a huge leg up!!! My mind was utterly blown by so many massive reveals and surprises....oh so worth it. I definitely cannot wait for the final book. After reading Krystal's story I shudder to think how brilliant the final showdown will be. I hope Aspen finally gets the ending she and her Ravens deserve. Once again Rebecca Royce does not disappoint! Adventure, fantasy, paranormal, spiritual, fierce females, and more....suffice to say something there for everyone!

Compassion Be Damned is the fourth installment in the Last Hope series and what an awesome book it is! We are getting closer to the end! The book takes place in a dystopian world in which demons exist and "sisters" exist to combat them. This is the story of Krystal and her five guard's (who are desperate to seek redemption for prior acts). Krystal is different from the other sisters due to her powers being more healing/restoring making her another very important sister to the overall story. The demon/darkness that controlled one of the sisters now wants Krystal due to her enormous power. She was able to block/deny the demon from taking over but because of this she was kept prisoner for years until finally an impromptu rescue puts her on a path to her new guards and a new home.

Loved it

The real Krystal has been freed by Aspen and is making her way to Anne. She meets Katrina's guards, the men who should have been hers.
Titus, Paden, Zeke, Ryland and Jett, are on their way to Anne's to make amends to Mika and come across Krystal. They know she is theirs.
Krystal is a sister but not, her powers heal. The darkness wants her. Mika says she died. She knows what she has to do, but it will cost her and her men.
Their are other players with Devine like power who want her to succeed. She has taken things as far as she could. She is turning everything over to Aspen and her Raven. They have a roll still to play in the final battle.
Great story. Fast paced and a little steamy. Can't wait for Aspen's story.

4. 5 stars. Krystal is such an interesting character with an interesting story.

Nothing about this story went as I expected and I love that.

The men were perfect and sweet whilst also attempting to get forgiveness for past crimes against the sisterhood. I find it really interesting the way this book brings Krystal and her men together again and again.

I think this is one of my favourite endings. It's nice to have an ending that doesn't automatically end in marriage and babies. Sometimes things are perfect and complete without them. This ending is it.

Spice level wasn't too high but that's because it's more focused on plot. Interesting for a reverse harem.

I'm looking forward to the next installment in this series. Well worth a read!

I think this is my favorite of this series so far, it's that great! Krystal has been kept locked up while Darkness try's to take her when she's let out to make her escape to Anne's. On her way to she comes across 5 men who are also trying to get away from Katherine. The 6 of them make their way to Anne's and to each other. The ravens are back with the other sisters from the previous books and some other characters. So much happens in this story with surprises and twists, oh boy that have you going WOW! I can't wait for the next book to find out what's going to happen, I bet it's going to be a doozy!

Yet another exciting installment in this series. Krystal is the one in this that will encounter her own whom she will also help to as they help her. She also has her own things she can do. She is a bit different then the other sisters but I think she has been tormented the most. Remembering though this is a bit different then most stories the drama that plays out is unusual too. The author will yet again surprise us with where this one goes and the growth of this series. This is also a bit more intense I do believe then the proceeding ones but oh that more delicious. This is like dominoes now with you not wanting to have missed anything.

But wait! There's more! I am once again in awe of Rebecca and here phenomenal imagination as she ALWAYS keeps us guessing! You think you understand the world she has created, but then she goes and enters a plot twist to make your head spin! And just when you get it together and have an idea of what is coming . . . yup, she does it again! While this one wound down and gave you the impression that this might be the end, we are completely blown away by yet another upheaval. Once again I am avidly awaiting the next book!

THIS was a really good book. I haven’t read the first of the series but, I didn’t need to. I never would have known that books came before it. So much happens in this book and it flows so nicely with no down time. I love Krystal and how pure of heart she is. I love her guys and all the other characters just fit so nicely. The end was kind of quick, but it doesn’t take away from the story. The only thing I would have liked to be different, is more sexy time with her guys. But, overall, I really enjoyed this.

Holy Camoly ! Compassion be Damned is not the novel I expected. Krystal is not where she is supposed to be or even who she is supposed to be. The guards that find her hope that by helping her, they will atone for some of their past. Krystal is on the move and facing the same desolation day after day. And these ravens that are breaking the rules were a bit squirrelly to keep up with up. Who could expect the book to take the turns that it did? This is the fourth in the series and to best enjoy, should be read after the others.

I am kinda at a loss for words to tell you the truth, Krystal’s story was a whirlwind of a roller coaster ride of emotions.
The ending of this book made me want to cry tears of happiness and tears of sadness when it came to what her sacrifice had to be, which I’m not going to say what that was because I think you should read this book and find out for yourself!
So yes if you haven’t figured it out yet that was a huge HECK YEAH I most definitely positively recommend you read this story because I thought it was amazing!

This is the fourth book in this series and we are almost at the end. Krystal is a sister who doesn't quite match the other sisters. Her powers are different and she feels less than because of this. Her journey is very twisted and hard but she is strong and brave throughout. Out of all the sisters so far krystal may have had it the worst. Now I am anxious for the final book so I can see how it all comes together.

Totally awesome

This book is part of a series and yet still a self contained story. This is Krystal’s story and her five guards. So much action happens in this one are well as setting the storyline up for the next book. But hold on to some tissues because Krystal’s life has been a rough one yet she handles it with the grace of a true sister.
Well written and extremely entertaining to read.
