Billionaire's Playmate

Live-In Nanny Wanted
He needed a nanny.
What he got was a playmate.
Because playing is exactly what we've been doing.
Ever since I moved in.
I adore his seven-year-old. She's the daughter I always wanted.
But as we get closer, as he digs deeper into my soul, as he comes further and further into my heart, the question is, will he adore me?
Will he ask me to stay?
Will I be moving in for real, or am I destined to remain an employee that he can't stop inviting across the hall when the lights go out?
This playmate wants more.
I want the whole package.
I want to be his for life.

WOW !! I fell in love with this story. Joe and Ella’s journey was so sweet and romantic with a lot of heat thrown in. I was captivated from the very moment I started reading this book. The very simplicity of the storyline drew me in and held my heart hostage. I found it so intriguing that I read the entire book without stopping. For me the book can be summed up in one word, STUNNING ! Once again Chance Carter’s writing is undeniably amazing. If you haven’t read this book I highly recommended you read it. I promise you wont be disappointed

Electric right from first touch 🔥🔥
Ella is an out of work teaching assistant in desperate need of a new job. Joe literally bowls her over and is mesmerized by Ella as he helps her up. Billionaire businessman Joe has moved to the burbs to reconnect with his young daughter, Marnie a very astute 7 year old. Marnie needs a nanny so enter Ella but it’s her charge who acts as a go between who gets these two to realize they are perfect for each other. Great storytelling with lots of heart. 🔥Very hot, descriptive sex scenes both real and imagined. Chance Carter’s realistic characters capture and thrill the reader. Romance at its best!💎

The newest from Chance Carter. Joe is a single father and has decided to move out of New York City to spend more time with his daughter. Despite this, he decides to hire a nanny to help him care for Marnie. Ella is the typical romance heroine, on her own away from her family home/hometown and out of a job, but on the verge of having to move back in with her parents. Then she comes across Joe's ad for a nanny. Her friends convince her to try and get the job. She, of course, does. Ella and Joe are attracted to each other but they try to fight their urges because they are trying to maintain a professional working relationship. To see if they succeed, pick up a copy of Billionaire's Playmate today.

Cute storyline with a handsome billionaire that is also a single dad seeking a nanny. Literally bumping into a young woman who proves to be the perfect fit for his daughter. Factor in some drama and a lot of sex you have a scorcher in your hands.

I have read a few of Chance Carter's books and have really enjoyed them. This one, however, just didn't do it for me. The story line was good, but the characters and their dialog just was off. It seemed to me to be very juvenile and just didn't flow. The seven year old was more mature at times. She is 7, not stupid (favorite line for me), but what she does in the book is way beyond what a typical 7 year old does. She really steals the show and is my favorite character. All in all this book is okay, but as I said earlier, it's just not on par with his other books that I have read. I'm still looking forward to reading more from him though.

Alright, I just finished this book, and seeing all those adoring rewies, I feel the need to add one less enthusiastic. After all I also check Goodreads ratings, when I consider buying/reading books, it´s just fair, right? The book has pretty high rating, and one would expect that the book is pretty fabulous then, the "whole package"... Well, I don´t agree, and as Chance himself encourages it: "As a guy writing romance, I always welcome suggestions from readers about the things I'm screwing up.", I will point out some things that bothered me... Sorry Chance, using your language, IMHO you "screwed up" the main characters, they weren´t believable, adults incredibly immature, naive..., the kid too mature for her age... I want to avoid the spoiler, that´s why i won´t go into details here, but I could add them into the comments later. Just one thing here.... What was their age again? Joe (36), Ella (24), something like that, right? Supposedly intelligent, grown-up ppl..., ever heard about STDs, safe sex...., it doesn´t seem so. This is just one of moments, where the "reasoning", or lack of it proved that they don´t act their age, and there is a couple of things like this one, that sucked too. I was really tempted to drop the book several times, and use DNF shelf, the main characters are the reason...
This book was a dissapoitment, sorry to burst the bubble. :( I´m gonna read other books by Chance Carter anyway, and I will be more than happy if I can give a high rating and positive review, if deserved. :)

This story of Joe and Ella was so Sexy. Joe raised his daughter best he could on his own. A divorced father of an eight year old struggling to give her everything she needs. Moving to the Subia to give his daughter stability he finds he needs help. Being a single father puts him in a funny position when single mothers start flirting with him. Ella literally runs into Joe and immediately they are attracted to each other. Ella decides to apply for the nanny position. And is hired as the nanny. Things start getting complicated when Joe’s x-wife shows up asking for more money, using Joe’s daughter for despicable situations and playing games with Joe’s life. Joe and Ella are aware of the x-wife’s underhanded ways. They find happiness in the end. Having a baby in the oven, getting married and living the life they both deserve. Very Sexy love scenes, funny banter, awkward moments make this book a wonderful read. Chance Carter, loved it very much. Highly recommended.

Ella & Joe, what a couple, it was the sweetest love story, from start to finish, the relationship between them, the sex scenes are flammable. Chance Carter you knocked it out of the park. Your books 📚 get better with each one you write. It's definitely a good read

Another awesome romance story by Chance Carter. Joe and Ella's path to romance is rough. First meeting by bumping into each other while walking in a new town for Joe and his adorable daughter Marnie looking for an ice cream store to get an ice cream cone. Then Ella interviewing for the nanny position. Ella always putting Marnie first even during the interview with Joe she was respectful that Marnie was in on the interview with Joe. Marnie is the one who actually decided Ella would be the perfect nanny for her and the perfect woman to be Joe's girlfriend. Excellent love story as to how two heartbroken souls find each other.

This was actually a great plot, but somehow I didn’t really feel engaged in the story. Chance’s main characters always have great chemistry, and he writes the sexy parts good so can’t complain there.

A special kind of love

Joe is a very rich powerful man. He works all the time. He has a wonderful smart daughter. For this reason he decides to move out of the city so he can spend more time with his daughter. One day he runs into this very beautiful woman. He can not get her out of his head. Until one day she shows up at his house seeking the nanny position. She is such the perfect fit for Marnie and Joe they both go thru some trying moments but all in all the bond they share is perfect. Chance Carter did an amazing job at this book and was such a great book to read 💎

A fun, sweet, sexy romance, with just enough drama to keep you on your toes without ruining your romance reading enjoyment. The creative sex scenes, real and fantasy, were sweet and awesome. There is even a HEA that will leave you blissfully satisfied. I hate reading stories without one. Something I could definitely reread, over and over. Can't wait for Chance Carter's next book.

Another amazing book by Chance Carter!!

This book packs it all in. A Billionaire Businessman with a 7 year old daughter and a school teacher.

The advert stated that he wanted a live-in nanny for his 7 year old daughter

What the handsome Joe finally got was a playmate.
Well that's because playing is exactly what we've been doing ever since I accepted his offer.
From the moment that I moved in.

Joe has adorable seven-year-old daughter Marnie. Marnie's the daughter that I've always longed for and wanted.
But as Joe and I get closer; I realise that Joe's digging deeper than ever into my soul. As Joe comes further and deeper into my heart.

There is one question that I'm scared of Joe asking is, will Joe adore me? Or will Joe hate me.

Will Joe work up the courage to ask me to stay?
A question I'm asking myself constantly is: Will I be moving in permanently for real? Or am I always destined to remain a happy content employee that Joe can't but help and stop inviting across the way suddenly when the lights go out?

This playmate is always wanting more.

I now want the whole package.
I want to be Joe's one true love for life.
I want to protect and love Marnie like my own daughter!
I want Joe, Marnie and I to be a happy family.
I need to and want to feel secure.

A 5* book would definitely recommend to a friend

When Joe and Ella accidentally bump into each there's an immediate attraction felt between the two. But that can't be more than lust right? Well, these two will get the opportunity to find out a little while later. Joe is in need of a nanny, and just so happens, Ella, and unemployed teacher's assistant, is really in need of a job. When Joe decides that Ella would be the perfect women for the job, these two will have to figure out if whether the only thing that can be between the two of them will be strictly business or if it's best to mix in a little pleasure as well.
This was a sweet romance with a little baby momma drama that made for an entertaining story. I don't know it I ever felt love between the hero and heroine but there was definite lust. Even though I didn't think it was a love connection, I did enjoy the journey of Elle and Joe's journey to happily-ever-after, so I'm giving this one a solid 3.5 stars.

Sweet, heart-wrenching, and above all, romantic!

Billionaire's Playmate made me laugh, smile, and almost cry towards the end. However, Chance Carter never fails to provide a happy ending, and that's exactly what he did. I'd also like to point out that the main character, Joe, reminds me a lot of Chance, so reading the book was like getting to know the author on a more personal level. I can say, without a doubt, that this novel is in my Top 10 favorite books ever.

I savored every word of Billionaire's Playmate, and highly recommend it to my friends, family, and to my fellow Diamonds.

I received an ARC for my honest review. I've read a number of Chance Carter books and really enjoyed them but not this one. The cover art and description were misleading compared to the actual dialog. It was too different from what I enjoy about his work. He's still a favorite so I'll be back to read future novels.

Chance Carter never fails to deliver with yet again another 5 star story.

Joe has relocated so he can spend more time with his very cute 7 year old daughter Marnie.  While he and Marnie are on their way to a coffee shop he literally falls over, bringing the very beautiful young lady he bumped into onto his lap! After an awkward apology he sets her on her way.  On the day of interviews for Marnie's nanny, he's just about given up until he sees someone he recognises walking up his drive.  Can she really be here about the job?

Ella doesn't know who Joe is until her friends Kat and Cam fill her in and when they see that he's after a nanny for his daughter, they encourage Ella to go for the job.  When she sees Marnie they hit it off immediately and gets the job.

Joe 36, knows he should fight his attraction to Ella 24, as Marnie has fell in love with Ella and he can't risk hurting Marnie if Ella doesn't feel the same but when she kisses him first in the back of his limo he cant hold back anymore.  The first kiss leads to so much more with Joe declaring he loves Ella and an unexpected pregnancy.

This is another excellent very sexy read by Chance Carter and I would highly recommend this book.

💎What a fun, heartwarming, romantic and sexy read! Chance Carter knows what his readers want, and he delivers each time.
This one has a cute storyline, with a billionaire who is more a romantic than an alpha. Joe needs a nanny for his 7 year old daughter, Marnie, and Ella needs a job. You see where this is going, right? 😉 Throw in a wicked ex-wife, and you have romance, angst, lies, and hope.
I enjoyed this book, but I hoped for a epilogue. I wasn’t ready for it to end! 💕
If this is your first Chance Carter book, get ready to be hooked on this author! Bonus books are included, and you will want to read them all!
