Reece is still in California while Emma’s in New York, trying to get her head on straight (hopefully). She still hasn’t come clean about her issues or faced them so that she and Reece can move forward. And Reece may not be happy about their separation, but he’s willing to give his woman what she wants to make her happy. That is until he gets some valuable intel about The Consortium’s plans from his ex-girlfriend/pseudo-enemy/double agent, Angelique. Emma’s in danger and all of Reece’s good intentions are out the door. He’s got to get to NY and he’s got to get there NOW. No way is he going to let anything happen to his bunny. Nuh uh, not his precious velvet.
Obviously he goes to save the day. How could he not? He’s Bolt! But there’s far more than meets the eye when it comes to The Consortium and their motives. One cannot predict what they’ll do next. Is Reece prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure Emma’s safety? And will Emma realize that her ‘issues’ are really dumb and that they have nothing to do with what she has with Reece? Will she finally accept that what she and Reece share is too rare to be treated lightly? These two continue to make my day and even while I’m anxious about what happens next, they light up the page with their antics, their banter, and their steam.
These dang cliffys are driving me nuts! I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in the series. I have no clue who will be safe, if I’ll finally learn of The Consortium’s agenda, if I’ll get to see more of delicious Reece’s delicious friend, ‘Sally’, if Emma will grow up, if anything! Again, you need to read this series. If you like insanely hot romance stories, then this should definitely be on your radar!

Ignite: 5 by Angel Payne is Book 5 in the Bolt Saga continues the story of Reece "Bolt" Richards and Emmalina Crist. I do feel you should read the previous books to fully enjoy this one.
Reece and Emma are dealing with their separation. Emma is working on the RRO nonprofit organization in NY while Reece is staying in California. Once Reece learns that there is something more going on with Emma he quickly goes into protective mode.
Can't wait for the next installment in this series.

Trust Tested...
With all the recent events that Reese and Emmalina have recently been through together, Emmalina expresses a need for a break away from Reese. Reese is not thrilled with the idea but goes along with it. While Emmalina is in New York, Reese learns intel that Emmalina's life is in danger and he immediately rushes to be by her side. He is in stalker mode, not wanting her to discover he has come to keep an eye on her. Their bond for each other is strong, but Emmalina is continually waivering with her insecurities with her not being worthy to be by the side of a Superhero. She does not want to bring him down and she is still struggling with their newfound relationship.
We are unsure if the Consortium will end up tearing Reese and Emmalina apart or make them closer to each more than ever. I await with bated breath to find out the answer to that. Angel Payne is very clever at weaving these stories that have us thinking we know the answers, only to surprise us, much to this readers delight.

I have been Bolted once again. This is becoming my favorite series of the year. I have never read a romance series like this before and I’m loving every minute of it. This is the fifth part of this electrifying series. You will need to read them in order or you will be totally lost. Once again you fall in love with these characters. I was up all hours of the night with these characters. It only took me a couple of hours to devour this incredible book.
This book starts off where the fourth book ended. Emma leaves Reese to go to New York to clear her head. She is the lead in this new program that her and Reese started. Emma is so excited about this benefit dinner she is putting together all on her own she doesn’t realize that her life is in danger. Reese is told by intel that Emma is in danger but he doesn’t know what they are willing to do. Reese is now watching Emma from the distance. He will do anything to protect the woman he loves. Emma is not happy at all when she finds out that Reese has been watching her. She is hurt because he did not come to her first. Will Reese and Emma get through this together or will they be more safe apart?
This series just keeps getting better and better. The storyline has it all romance, mystery, and heartbreak. You will continue to fall in love with these characters. Emma loves Reese but she doesn’t know if she can be enough for him. Reese wants his revenge on the people that changed his life but is it worth it? These characters have some steamy scenes that will make your toes curl. This talented author keeps you at the edge of your seat until the very end. The ending will leave you wanting more. I am now counting down the days for more Bolt.

Emmalina and Reece are once again back, but with a country and issues between them, finding each other on the same wavelength is harder than ever. With her new job and thoughts all in tatters, Emma decided that taking some space in NYC is just what the doctor would order. She knows she loves Reece irrevocably but she cannot help the nagging feelings and thoughts circling around her head. Long ago Reece swore to put Emma first, which is the only reason he agreed to this cockamamie distance that separates them. He really was trying to bid by her wishes until he get word of the Consortium being up to no good. His desire to protect Emma overrides any and all promises for space. Keeping her safe no matter her reaction is paramount, but will Emma understand his POV? They are electric as always and leave you clinging to the edge as they fight against the inevitable… their undeniable destiny.

This is part 5 of the Bolt Saga. Emma and Reece are still in love but Emma needed a break to work through some issues, so she heads to NYC. Emma’s safety is of the upmost priority for Reece so he heads to NYC after receiving some intel that Emma isn’t safe. You will have to read it for yourself to see what happens when Emma realizes Reece is no longer in Cali. Can’t wait for the next installment!!!!

Feeling confused and unsure about her relationship with Reece, Emma wants time apart and goes to New York to work for a nonprofit there. Reece doesn't like being separate from her but wants to give her time. When Emma's life is threatened, he goes to NY without her knowing to protect her. Emma is still debating if she can be strong enough to be the girlfriend of a superhero as she worries about his safety as well as he wants revenge on the Consortium. The heat is all there and they want each other but Emma is still stuck. This got better from part 4 and waiting to see what Emma will be brave and realize what she and Reece have is special and unique.

You know, I really thought I had this story all figured out and then BAM Payne throws me for a loop with her clever twists and turns. I will try to do this review with no real spoilers, but that's gonna be hard.
Book four is all about Reece being retired from the superhero thing and embarking on a new journey with Emma in the form of RRO, a company that provides assistance to those people who have dreams and ideas but cannot afford to finance those dreams and ideas. RRO stands for Richards Reaches Out.
Emma and Reece are happy but Emma thinks maybe Reece misses his life as a superhero. Then Emma discovers that Reece has been hiding a really big secret from her. What happens next? All hell breaks loose.
Book five has Reece and Emma split up, with Emma needing a break from everything to try and figure out some things, and Reece in a sort of stalker mode as he watches over her when her life is threatened by the very people who made him what he is.
Emma is feeling the pressures of being a superheroes girlfriend, while Reece is the same man he has always been and he loves his woman. He does not want to give her this space, but he will if it means keeping her and loving her. Maybe more than his desire to take down the Consortium.
The way Payne weaves everything together leaves you on the edge of your seat dying for more more more. I cannot wait for Book 6. The steam, the twists and turns, the love, the dedication, it all makes for a fantastic story. And I know one thing for sure... IT'S ABOUT TO GO DOWN.

Bolt Saga: 5 is even hotter and filled with even more excitement than the previous installment! My heart was in my throat with the ending of the previous one, and holy moly! It made me even gladder that Reece has the powers he does. My heart stopped, dropped, and about passed out from panic on both his and Emma’s behalf!
I love that while their situation is extraordinary, their relationship is fraught with the same things everyone else fights through. It makes me appreciate them even more, because they’re not just a super hero and his perfect mate. It actually makes me admire them because they have this whole other level that adds to the usual relationship pitfalls, and their basis isn’t sex or lust (though wowza theirs is freaking hot), it’s pure love.
Angel Payne, I need the next installment like yesterday! Cliffies drive me nuts! I need to know! Gah! This is my favorite installment so far. It’s full of love, lust, excitement, dread, action, joy, sizzling hotness, and oh-my-gahs!

Wow I have been Bolted, this series is highly addictive, very much becoming one of my favourite series. Not read anything like this before.

Instead of informing her of this he goes into stalker mode and rushes to be near her so he can protect her, making sure she doesn't discover him in the process.

The journey continues for Emma and Reece. Emma is in NYC planning for the big gala to raise funds for the Richards Reaches Out foundation and trying to work through everything in the time apart from Reece. Reece, after finding out that Emma could be in danger goes to NYC but doesn't let Emma know that he's there in order to give her the space that she needs.
But a new tragedy brings Reece and Emma back together and both are happy about the reunion but Emma still wants some space. They both work on their relationship and open up to each other about some of their past and secrets. This brings them closer and Emma sees that Reece will do anything to protect her and she accepts him more into her life. When that realization hits, she is happy but is her happiness short lived when her sister is put in danger?
I am enjoying this series so much and can't wait to see what happens next for Emma and Reece!

Wow! Angel you are pulling out all the stops with this one.

Angel you have got me in knots needing to know what is gonna happen next. You have got more suspense going on this round than the others, but you sure have me on the edge waiting for the show to drop on who's behind the science experiment. You are a talented writer with a great skill of keeping the reader interested and can feel the passion in your words. I can't wait for the next installment of Emma and Reece and what may come.

Angel you have got me in knots needing to know what is gonna happen next. You have got more suspense going on this round than the others, but you sure have me on the edge waiting for the show to drop on who's behind the science experiment. You are a talented writer with a great skill of keeping the reader interested and can feel the passion in your words. I can't wait for the next installment of Emma and Reece and what may come.

Painting a picture. When you hear this phrase you think of art, with canvas, brushes, a myriad of colors. To me this can also be said for Angie Payne. With words being the paint and the page her canvas, Mrs Payne brings to life these marvelous images that have you rooted to the book, turning the page as fast as you can. From the character emotions, the hot steamy moments of just raw passion, the places they are physically, or the items they are wearing. Reece and Emma are such an amazingly written couple. The things that drive them and move them. Their hopes, fears, and potential. I am waiting on pins and needles for part 6. You really get to see so many side characters in Part 5 the whole landscape of the universe is really taking shape.

Emma wants her space to try and decide how to be herself and still be with Reece. Reece just wants Emma close and safe but he gives her the space she asks for by not following her to New York. That is until he gets a dire warning that changes everything.
Emma is planning a wonderful night for the benefit of RRO, her project aimed at helping kids reach beyond their means to get the education for their future. What she does not know is that a plot is taking place to ruin her night and maybe end her life.
Danger happens when you least are prepared for it and then when you do prepare snakes can slip under the door. A shaky reunion, An amazing rejoining and a scream at the author ending. Bolt 5 will keep you enthralled, engaged and overheated. Angel Payne is doing in all my nails. :D

This story just gets better with every part. Part 5 picks up right from where 4 left off. Emma is in NY working on her fundraising gala and Reece is in LA. He is trying to respect Emma's request for time and distance to figure out where their relationship stands. When he learns something big is going down the night of Emma's gala he travels to NY to be available to protect her without her knowledge. This is a fast paced story that keeps you reading right up to the last page. I love that this superhero story takes so many different directions. The characters are well developed and we get more insight into them with each new section of the story. We are left with a cliffhanger that has me anxiously awaiting Part 6. I highly recommend this fun read.

We have been Bolted yet again
This saga gets better and better hotter and electrifying. The chemistry between these two is unbelievable. 5 starts off where 4 ends Emma has gone to New York to busy herself with the benefit dinner and put some distance between her and Reece to get her head in the game about him. His ex that almost ended his has come back into the picture and Emma isn’t sure where things are going now that she knows. There is not doubt that there is serious chemistry between the two of them. They can’t keep their hands off each other. This saga is a quick read and keeps you engaged wanting more this book is so addictive. Angel we are dying here we need more Bolt in our lives!! I can't wait for more of this saga one of the best Sagas out right now.

This book broke my heart a little but I can understand why it all needed to happen. You can only go through so much before you lose yourself and need a break to find out who you are again. To accept that your future may not be how you planned. Emma is strong but sometimes the strong need a minute. Reese is trying to be what Emma needs but doesn't push her. He also needs to stand on his own. There is just the right amount of action and romance to keep you entertained and this series just keeps getting better. I look forward to seeing how this all ends. Will there be heartbreak? Will love conquer all? Will all the twists you never know how it will all come together.

Angel has such a gift with words you almost feel like you are in the room with Reece and Emma. There is no let's review and remember what happened. No you get right into the intense story. Emma needed her space because well duh, Reece can be overwhelming. The chemistry between the two are off the charts. Emma is truly Reece's better half in all senses of the term. While Reece brings out the true Emma. But even promising to give Emma space only goes so far when there is a threat towards her. He would rather deal with her being furious with him then not protecting her. In this part you find out the nitty and gritty of what Reece is like when he goes full on Bolt. Trust me where that leads is so damn hott!!! But the ending.... OMG I need more, such a cliffhanger.

These books just keep getting better! However, they are not standalones. Emma has asked Reece for some space so she can come to grips with her reality. Reece cannot stay away once he learns of a threat against the planned benefit that Emma is hosting to raise money for children to attain their dreams through RRO. Can Reece protect Emma from the imminent threat? This is one action packed storyline that will leave the reader with palpitations due to the cliffhanger ending. I cannot wait for the next installment to see what Ms. Payne has coming next.

Angel has done it again. What a phenomenal read with so many twists that you truly don’t know what is going to happen next.
Will Emma be able to get over her issues and realize that what her and Reese has is undeniable... will Reese be able to let Emma have this time and get through this without making her mad... probably not, especially when he finds out that Emma is in trouble and Bolts to New York to save her... that’s what he does right? Save people!

Bolt: Ignite # 5 will take you to the next level then drop you from twenty floors above. Watching Emma become the badass chick we know and love is perfect as she finds her voice to stand up for what/who she loves. Reece realizes he can't ignore what's in his blood, nor can he keep Emma in the dark. The pair must bare their deepest, darkest fears to become powerful enough to fight what lies ahead. I don't want to give anything away with my review, so just read it, I promise you will love this powerful story!!

Each part just gets better and better!! I can’t wait to read the next part and dying to know what happens next especially with the way part 5 ends! Loving this series!! Angel Payne is killing it with Bolt!! Seriously can’t say enough good things about this series! Emma and Reese are smoking hot!! The storyline is amazing and keeps the reader wanting more and pages turning!!

Now this book I liked alot. There was a ton of action and relationship issues. Reese was trying so hard to not be Bolt but he would do anything to protect Emma and she finally understood that. While they really loved each other, it took awhile to gel to each other. I have read 1 - 5 and I think this one was my favorite. I have also been given all of the books up to this one as an ARC for an honest review.
