Exactly the kind of horror story you want to read before Halloween! A littly boy is bullied in an American smalltown and nearly drowns. Two girls want to get in contact with his spirit with an Ouija board. Well, a big scarecrow, Straws, is set free slaughtering down all those who tortured Billy, the main character. I really loved to see this scarecrow in action. Fast paced, the story was like watching a fine horror flic. Also the end had an interesting twist for a potential follow up book. Nasty story I can only recommend!

This was a really interesting story for such a short book. It may not be for everyone but it does make a great story for Halloween or a campfire.
