I bought this as a gift, and like that it's a sturdy board book but that the flaps inside are also sturdy board quality, so that they won't tear easily. Different kinds of construction are featured on each page: road crews, tall skyscrapers, ships, home. The workers are all shades and colors, and there are women featured, too: pouring drywall, operating cranes, etc.- not just holding up a "slow" sign. :D

It’s a flap book about construction trucks and equipment. I forgot to include my child when reading this. So what? This one’s for dada.

5 stars because all the "Peek-a-Flap" books are great and also, I'm a civil engineer and I love the construction pictures and vocabulary in this book. 😆
