Thought this was a bit over done. Yeah, we get it, keep looking at things to improve in the long-term, but I would not recommend this book to a younger employee or business owner.

Even though this book is 20 years old, much of the author's business advice is timeless. Are you spending too much time in meetings and "groups"?!?! Break out of the box thinking, visualization, do what you love, don't be married to your job, and believe in serendipity. I'd like to see an updated version!
