To be honest book two seemed like almost 100% filler, there wasn't to much added to the story besides the fact her parents were being how her grand and rear parent were when it came to her grandmother relationship with a human and again with her parent relationship. Not to much progression with the story. Well also this one end on a cliffhanger not a very big dramatic one but still kind of weird seeing as how he is supposed to be powerful and he get kidnapped on his wedding day.

The story was good. It almost has a HEA. Then it ends with a cliffhanger where you want to scream.

I absolutely love this series. I feel bad for Brennan. His mother is a piece of work. There is still a lot happening and lots of secrets still coming to light. I can't wait to see how the author ends the trilogy.

This series is seriously addictive - I literally devoured it in one go.

Brennan and Iris have many challenges ahead. Danger lurks everywhere and Brennan worries about Iris's safety. I felt sorry for Brennan; his parents put a heavy burden on his shoulders and his mother is definitely a piece of work. His parents actions didn't make much sense to me.

I enjoyed the bantering between Brennan and Drake - they have a special bond which truly shines.

I'm enjoying the direction the story is heading. The book ends in a cliffhanger; so be prepared.

Omg this book was amazing. Lisa added fae, goblins and more. I loved how Issy made such good friends with the goblins because she got them trinkets. And combined with love and action. It can't get any better than this
