Finding this in a collection of sci-fi novels I was surprised to find that it was historical fiction. I know enough of the Jason myth to find the parallels between what was going on and enjoy the civil war era as well as matters naval, so this was was pleasant surprise. A little short, but as the characters themselves were not that gripping it turned out to be an appropriate length. A good read for two or three sittings.

Ottima lettura.
