Sadly a little underwhelming. I bookmarked only a few recipes, as many of them were just far more involved than I'd realistically want. Not unexpected for a restaurant cookbook, but still. It's great as a recommendation list of Seattle restaurants to try, though in many cases I found the choices of recipes from each restaurant a little odd; I'm sure there's a reason they left off the dishes they're often most known for, but many of their picks were just... not what I'd have chosen to represent these restaurants. I was also disappointed that every recipe didnt have a photo. Can't say I'd recommend this one.
Beautiful book, I found it more of a list of places in Seattle that I must eat at than a go to cookbook...there are a few things I’m dying to try though.
