Okay info but disappointing food lists

The information seems accurate and researched but the food lists are definitely lacking. They also don’t format well on a kindle app on the iPhone. As someone diagnosed with high oxalates I had already found these lists after an Internet search and as the author states, they are often contradictory. She cross references a few foods to give a more accurate picture of oxalate content but then leaves the reader to have to cross reference and figure it out on their own. Most of the book is just copies of those lists that are easily found online. Seems a bit lazy on the author’s part when there are programs that could cross reference the info. But the beginning info was good.

Great information!
I hadn't heard of Oxalates until last week when a seminar was presented on gut health. Out of curiosity to further explore the topic, I purchased Melinda Keen's book and have highlighted much of her valuable advice for reference in keeping not only my gut healthy but vital organs as well.
