We at the Laughing Elephant are working on a children's party book, and this one done by the betty crocker company, i think originally sometime in the 50's, is really very excellent.

This book has as many games, theme ideas, general party tips, etc.
That anyone putting on any kind of party could want, for years to come.

Beside our book, which will have much more beautiful art, but be very brief and theme oriented this is the one for your shelves!

This is a cookbook that my mother used in my youth. Just paging through, I recognize the teepee invitations that she made for my third (I think) birthday party. I have one of those in my scrapbook. I'll have to dig it out to check the date.

There are many party ideas here. This one is a keeper.
