I'm just borrowing this book from my grandma (a Pennsylvania Master Gardner, not to flex but also to flex) because I'm picking out plants to put into my room and grow. It's just a helpful book, not a story or anything but with many good tips and a large section of just information on species. Useful, and I'm going to have a lot of good information about for my plant selections now and in the future.
Kind of a strange plant guide that seems to emphasize bringing outdoor plants inside for decorative effect. There is a seemingly comprehensive care guide to different species, yet only some entries are accompanied by a picture. This is not the best introduction for the novice houseplant enthusiast.
