This book was a reaction to The Little Book of Calm that was very popular at the time. I loved this book, it made me laugh and cheered me up. It's a cute and amusing collection of chaotic thoughts and is perfect for anyone whose life is a little chaotic!

A spoof of the Little Book of Calm (a tiny self-help guide that was all the rage in the 90s), this is an amusing diversion but nothing truly hilarious.
