Grace Imai has been ‘into’ ageplay for as long as she can remember, and she’s called plenty of men ‘Daddy’ in the bedroom. She longs to be truly dominated by a man who can really control her - without being cruel. Outside of her submissive desires, Grace is a high-powered career woman who has no time to be dependent on anybody else.
Being somebody’s babygirl has always stayed a ‘sex thing’ for Grace… So why does she suddenly find herself wanting more from the new man in her life, wealthy upper management man, Sebastian Walker? He seems to truly want her to explore being little with him, but can Grace let her guard down enough to truly open up - or will she cling to the idea that no man could want a woman who acts like a child?
A steamy, sexy, 35k ABDL and ageplay novella with a HEA ending and no cheating.
This book is one of the few age-play books I have read that has a realistic feel to a couple involved in an age-play relationship. It was a refreshing departure from many of the "scripted" age-play books where you almost feel like the author has to check off each event (temperature taking, bath time, spanking, etc.) to call it a completed book. Not that there is anything wrong with those books, but this book had a more realistic feel to the story which made me enjoy it so much more. The couple struggled at times and had some really intimate moments too. Their story grabbed my heart and the sexy moments drenched my panties. Well done Amelia Hobbes! I feel like you may have personally lived parts of this story because of the caring, detailed approach you took with the subject matter. I look forward to reading more of your books.
On a personal note, being a girl who was introduced to age-play by my H, I really enjoyed having a front row seat to this couple's story. In so many ways I could identify with the lead female's struggles and her pure joy as her love and relationship grew. And much like the book...I have found that there is a closeness shared and an indescribable excitement achieved when I have had the strength to fully submit to my H and just let go. Yes, it takes strength to submit and it takes deep trust too. "Little space" as described in the book may sound weird to those not familiar with age-play, but it is so freeing to be intimately cared for, unconditionally accepted and loved. And in my case, age-play created a deeper bond with my Hubby. The book had some flaws, but don't we all... 5 stars.
Different than most other age play stories. It's very much about the journey of a strong, career-driven woman who explores more and more of her "little" side, and the dynamics of an age play relationship, with a lot of focus on the emotional and psychological aspects.
Most other books are very quick to establish the age play happiness, so they can move on to all the spankings, diapers, anal sex, bottles, and so on. This one takes its time, and really makes that whole journey of trying to get there into the main plot. And that works really well!
It has its fair share of sex scenes of course, and age play themes like diapers and teddy bears, so the quota is definitely met on that.
The writing was decent. There's a hiccup here and there, but nothing that takes away from an otherwise well-written story.
So overall a nice story, and a welcomed change from the otherwise standard age play book formula.
