I constantly had a book open on my Kindle app. Never in a million years would I have imagined myself as a writer, because I never thought I was creative enough. I'm living proof that things will fall into place when they're meant to be. People will make their way into our lives when we don't expect it, setting the path for what we are meant to do. Never give up on people. Never stop taking a chance on others. Someone took a chance on trusting me with her work when she didn't know me from a stranger on the street and gave me the opportunity of a lifetime as our relationship progressed, which led me to editing and writing as well. This is my dream I never knew I had. As soon as I sat down and gave writing a shot, it was like the floodgates opened. Now, I am lost in a world of fiction in my head, new characters constantly screaming for their stories to be told. Continue to dream and to go for them. The heart has to learn just like the mind. It has to be hurt a few times, teaching it to toughen up. It has to grow and develop through trials of the act.
Haddox lived a nightmare for his first 18 years of life and it continued to haunt him. When he met Piper, he didn't know what to do with her. She caused that muscle in his chest to come to life. And he wasn't thrilled. He resisted, he pushed her away, but when he finally owned it, he was surprisingly all in. Watching this alpha fall was a lot of fun!
"Babe, that's the beauty of love. It's an imperfectly perfect act. You accept the bad with the good. You don't leave someone in the dark to try and protect them. You share it to stay in the light."

3 the-longest stars EVER
Oh boy...what to say here... maybe this will give you a perspective of what I was going through
at first...
then I was like...
and what the fuck am i sayin here?!
let me just say that this could have been a GREAT book, BUT unfortunately it hasn't. Why?
the author took a detour from the original idea and turned it to a overbearing, overthinking and overdescribingly cheesy soap opera...
the premise was good I was looking forward to it, I thought it would be a refreshment to see a different approach to a fighter's personality and the way to overcome the demons and darkness within...and all it did to me was bury me into that same darkness - what bothered me the most was description, too much of it, it slowed me down, i wanted to drop it or at least skip it several times...
and that's not the way to treat a book...
the overquestioning of the characters - I mean they both deal with their shit from the past and yeah, it takes time to deal and to hopefuly come through as a winner (which they do, YEEEEEj) but what was the cost of it - I almost suffocated with the over annalyzing pseudo psychological shit - I mean, nobody talks eseys while having sex and I felt like all the characters have super special overly smart monologues....
I couldn't get into that...like I was placed inside the greek tragedy or smth...
and towards the end it was so predictable...I knew what was going to happen like at the 70% of the book...
and I was just waiting for the book to END.
3 stars go for the only positive side of overdescribing things - and in this case those are sex scenes (I bow to that) BUT that was the only thing, I must sadly point out.

Fight for You grabbed me from the very first page and refused to let go until the very last one. It was absolutely phenomenal and I couldn't possibly love it any more than I already do because I love it wholeheartedly! I just can't tell you how glad and lucky I am to have read this and if you love fighter books then you NEED to read this. But even if that's not your preferred genre, it has something for everyone and simply can't be categorized as one thing or another.
First of all, I loved Piper! She was awesome and although she did have some weak moments that left me shaking my head in the beginning, she really turned out to be a strong, brave character. Piper was creative, thoughtful, understanding, patient, totally selfless when it came to Haddox, and the perfect person for him. They were truly a match and I wouldn't change her.
I loved Piper and the other characters, but Haddox was my favorite by far! He was dominant, possessive, and so protective he gave me the shivers. And let's not forget to mention that he is sexy as sin, I swear that man is like chocolate--decadent, delicious, and dark. I won't lie, Haddox says some pretty outrageous things and if anyone else said them, they would sound like a total a**hole, but somehow he managed not to sound like one because he says it so matter of factly, instead of arrogantly. He is truly wonderful though, he's the perfect combination of a gentleman and a rake--he knows how to treat a woman right in the bedroom and outside of it. I could spend all day trying to explain Haddox Hayes, but it wouldn't do him justice because you need to meet him for yourself. He just completely stole my heart and I absolutely loved him!!!
Fight for You is definitely not a short, easy read. It's long with heartbreaking, gut wrenching, deep, beautiful moments. Almost everything that was a question in my mind while reading was answered by Ms. Spiers and even though that makes for a longer read, I never got bored and was supremely glad that it was all one book! And what an extraordinary book it was too! It was passionate, sweet, meaningful, touching, and full of lessons and wisdom. I will for sure read it again and I can't wait for the next book!!
Fight for You is told from Haddox and Piper's POV, and it is a standalone. There is still one mostly unanswered question, but I promise it shouldn't drive you too crazy, just make you eager to read the next book! ~ Paige, 5 stars

Fight for You is the first book I've read by Charisse Spiers and it is freaking amazing! From the first few pages, I was sucked in as this story squeezed out my feelings out like a lemon: happy tears, sad tears, smiles, laughter, and angst. This book is a riveting emotional roller coaster and I loved the ride!
Beautiful, tall, brunette, brown-eyed, tan, and gorgeous lady player, Piper Morgan, has met her equally sexy and sinful match in hot, blonde, blue-eyed, tall, and muscular MMA fighter, Haddox Hayes. Dominant uber male, Haddox, thinks he can dominate Piper in every way. Fat chance as Piper is the rare gal who can totally bag a man candy babe and bolt.

Fight For You is Charisse's fourth novel and you can definitely see the growth with each story that she releases. She creates characters that really have a way of drawing you in. Haddox Hayes drew me in from the very beginning and kept me hanging on the entire book. He went through a lot of hell growing up, that led him to believe he was a monster, yet he still had a way with drawing others to him that he just didn't seem to realize. He has gone through life keeping others at a safe distance, making it easier for him to live his every day life and not hurt others in the process. That all seems to change when he sets eyes on the beautiful fashion designer, Piper. His whole world suddenly seems to be out of his control and that's something he's not used to in his adult life. He's used to having control over EVERYTHING. This leads to a very descriptive, sexy and entertaining story that you won't want to put down until the end. If you're into sexy, protective, irresistible alpha fighters... then PICK this book up now. You will fall for Haddox Hayes.

EXCERPT:
We finally get in the bar after standing in that long ass line. The music is bumping and there are bodies everywhere, grinding against each other. I let my body subtly sway to the music as I make my way to the bar in the back of the club.
The first thing I notice is the hot, shirtless bartender making drinks as I push through the never ending people surrounding it. The bar is always more crowded than any other spot in the building. I love this place. It's crawling with hot guys and they have the best music around, not to mention the staff is oozing sex appeal, because their uniform is jeans hanging low on the hips with the elastic brief band of underwear peeking out the top, spelling out the brand they represent.
This one, in particular, is yummy. His torso is chiseled to perfection and covered in tattoos placed perfectly against his skin. He's definitely worth a second look. I want to nibble on that lip ring in the corner of his mouth. As I study each line of muscle, I find myself wondering if Haddox's body looks like this.
What the hell, Piper?
Hot bartender notices me ogling him and walks over with a smirk, leaning forward on his forearms against the top of the bar in front of me. "What can I get you, beautiful?" His eyes rake down my body as if he's already undressing me with his eyes.
I smile. This one's in the bag. "Well, how about Pineapple and Vodka, light on the pineapple," I say in my most flirtatious voice as I sit on the stool next to me that just became free. "Start me a tab," I ask, biting my lip.
"Anything for you, gorgeous," he says and reaches down for a glass, preparing to mix my concoction. Moments later, he sets it before me, smiling. "What you doing later?"
"I don't know. Why don't you tell me," I say seductively as I press the rim of the glass to my mouth.
"She'll be with me," a sultry voice interrupts in a close range behind me.
The bartender looks over my head and starts to back away from the bar. "Sorry, man, I didn't know she was taken. No disrespect."
Pussy. I don't need you anyway if you can't even ask my relationship status to the one person that knows. Me!
I feel like banging my head against the bar. I'm going to need to be intoxicated for this. I press my lips to the glass and drain the contents. Goose bumps start to form as I can feel breathing on the side of my neck. I don't need to look to know who it is. "I thought I had until midnight," he barks outside my ear.
I can barely breathe with him this close to me. How am I supposed to speak? I don't think I want to at risk of sounding like a crushing schoolgirl.
Put on your game face, Piper.
I need more alcohol and fast. I choose to ignore the sexy as shit control freak next to me. Where is Alyvia when I need her? She was only supposed to have been going to the restroom, but knowing her she's already in the middle of the dance floor, covered in sweat. The girl doesn't even need alcohol. She usually sips beer, but comes for the music.
The Rumple Minze from earlier is calling out to me. "Rumple Minze, two shots," I call out to the female bartender as she passes.
The girl is badass. Not even a minute and the shots are patiently waiting for me to consume them. "What can I get for you, sweetie," she asks, but her line of vision is directly beside me. It doesn't even seem to faze her that she is staring at the sexiest man alive. Hard-core is what that means, because even girls in the coffee shop had their eyes glued to him.
"Same as usual, Britt." She smiles at the sound of her name.
Wait a minute. Hold up...they know each other? I come to this bar frequently and I've never seen him until the fashion show.
She grabs a bottle from the tub of ice, twists off the cap, and sits the bottle of Bud Light down in front of him. "My mistake, babe. How you been? Same ole broody Haddox, I'm guessing?"
"Something like that," he replies, saying nothing more.
"And as vague as usual too. Maybe we can catch up once the bar slows down. Enjoy your night," she winks and glances over at me.
I consume one shot, followed by the other. My nerves are going haywire. The alcohol is finally coursing through my veins, leaving me in a more relaxed state of mind, though not much.
I feel a hand wrap around my thigh, not far from my girly area. Oh my...
He spins me around on the stool until I'm facing him. He's so close to my face that I reflexively lean against the edge of the bar. "Are you going to answer my question," he asks, placing his free hand on my other thigh, now holding me in place.
He starts to rub my inner thighs with his thumbs and my muscles are flexing down below. How can I concentrate on anything he's saying if he's going to do that? He roughly pulls me to the edge so that he can align his body between my legs. It's really a good thing that I'm not modest, because my dress is hiked up. If his body wasn’t pressed to mine, I would be flashing everyone.
In my hesitation he speaks again. "I don't like to be toyed with, Piper, nor do I like to be kept waiting."
He's starting that controlling bullshit again, pulling me out of my hormonal haze. I press my palms against his chest and push, but he doesn't budge. The alcohol is bringing out my bitchiness. "Maybe I don't like to give myself to a man that hesitates when given the opportunity. I basically put my pussy on a platter and extended it to you, only for you to have to consider it. That's not good enough for me. I may not be the girl to take home to mom, but I'm better than that."
A growl sounds within his throat and he clamps down on my thighs, jerking me closer to him. His cock is bulging through his jeans, aligned between my legs. Fuck, does it feel marvelous. He grinds me against him, his body flush with mine, and his lips just outside my ear. "Does this answer your question?" His voice sounds angry. "Do you want to know how hard you make me? Huh? Do you want to know how much you push the limits of my control? Well, get ready baby, because tonight you're all mine."
I can't think of anything but how much I want this. I don't think I've wanted anything this much in a really long time, possibly ever. Something about him takes me out of my head, allowing me to escape into someplace else. I can't explain it, because I don't understand it myself. I feel like such a whore right now, but I don't care. I'm never like this; given the fact that what happened last night did, but that's also more reason I want to. I want to rid my body of the toxins it holds. I don't want anything left behind of Cole tainting me.
"Okay," I state in a breathy voice. "Where?"
"My place. Meet me outside and don't tell Alyvia where you're going. I'm not dealing with her shit tonight."
He reaches down and adjusts himself, separating us. The distance makes me feel naked. I instantly hop off the stool, attempting to fix my dress. I look around, but no one is paying us any attention. They are too worried about getting laid themselves; the beauty of a bar. "Give me ten minutes?"
He nods and takes a step back before halting. "Oh and Piper?" I look at him, waiting on what he has to say. "I'll give you what you want, but just remember darkness and light can't coincide. You have to pick a side. Don't say I didn't warn you..."
He turns and walks in the direction of the exit. I'm not exactly sure what he meant by that, but I don't care. Sometimes, I feel like I don't fit in trying to be this girl that I am from day to day. Maybe I'm living a lie. When choosing either sinner or saint, I'm definitely not a saint, but I strive to be a decent person. Perhaps the darkness is where I belong.
I may not know many things about Haddox Hayes, but I know one thing: You can't force someone in a place they aren't already willing to go. Something is pulling me to him, making me want to explore whatever he has to offer. It's just a hunch, but I get a feeling, I'd choose darkness with him every time.

WOW! Haddox is one hot sexy alpha! He's in your face sex, sexiness and sexiest! Haddox is a man who has been made into the person he is due to his tragic past. A childhood full of pain, hate and getting by. He's a fighter, protector, hard and very controlled. He likes women, but only has them once, never more.
Piper comes from money, but money doesn't mean you have everything you want or need. She's closed off, she loves Cole, but he has used her so much, she only gives herself physically. He has broken her emotionally.

I really enjoyed the story line in this book. It has everything you would want with an awesome read. It was full of lust, love, alphas, fighting...basically everything! Why I gave this book a 4 star and not a 5 star was because of the length. This book was just wayyyyyyyy to long for me.

Wow, wow, wow, was this book freaking awesome!!!!!! This is my first read by this author and I am now officially a fan for life:) Again, another hidden gem on my Kindle that I had wished I had read sooner, lololol!!!!!!
This story is simply PERFECT!!!!! It was a rough, raw, heartbreaking and downright gritty story of a man and let me tell you, a man who was beyond a shadow of a doubt the absolute BOMB!!!!! Yep, new BBF here:) Haddox had more than a heartbreaking childhood and my gosh was I more than happy to see this guy get his "happy", he deserved it so much. His story made me cry, it broke my heart and made it ache with such compassion and with such anger on what he had to endure throughout his childhood! I am not gonna lie, the opening of this story had me a bit on edge on how the Breanna storyline was going to play out and this author played it out more than PERFECT, it was brilliant!
Piper, oh Piper, I loved her...I loved that girl hard and yes, she had a pretty crappy set of parents too, although NOTHING in comparison to what Haddox had as parents but enough to have inflicted emotional damage within her. Piper and Haddox were a MATCH MADE in HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!! I was rooting for them all along and their journey was tough and emotional and yes, I wanted to yell at each of them at some points BUT thank god there was no stupid drama that put a damper on their relationship for me. Yes, they had their ups and downs BUT I LOVED and respected how this author handled each situation....SHEER PERFECTION in my eyes:)
Now, I cannot wait for Reece and Alyvia's story because although Alyvia played a very important role in both Haddox and Piper's lives, we got to see what a warm, caring, loving, beautiful girl and best friend she was BUT we didn't get much of a glimpse into her and Reece's relationship and I AM DYING to read about them! Now Reece, he was definitely an enigma to me throughout so he alone has me chomping at the bit to learn more about him for sure:)
Congrats Author Charisse Spiers this was nothing shy of a GRAND SLAM read for me!!! There aren't enough words to express how much I LOVED this story and what an amazing story that you told. This is a great story, about unexpected love, finding the light in the dark, and friendship. I love how Piper and Haddox's arrangement slowly chips away at the walls that each of them have built as a coping mechanism to get thru their painful and dark pasts. I love that they are each other's everything.

The characters in "Fight For You" are some of my favorites ever.
Haddox is such an anomaly. He's everything that he really claims not to be. He's what you do not suspect ever. For someone who is basically is a self proclaimed heartless monster, he is compassionate, protective, romantic, and an amazing friend. If only he would believe it. But nightmares and guilt about from his dark past will not let him do so. Piper is his light.
Piper is a heartbroken beauty, who come from a family of wealth, but not love. Her mother, in a way treats her like a meal ticket, and her ex Cole, enters her life thru a revolving door, taking a little pieces of her heat and self esteem and self worth, every time he exits. She has built a wall that Haddox comes crashing thru.
Alyvia is an absolute angel and the best friend a girl and a guy could have. She is the voice of reason in Haddox's and Piper's relationship. She is there for both of them when they need it advise and/or a slap across the face.
Marlin and Kaitlyn are also best friends and family that Haddox never had. They are the one's that are truly know him, maybe even more than he knows himself. They know who he is, and reassure him.
This isn't just a story about romance, it's about friendship.

Loved It! This is the first book I've read by this author and I'm sure it wont be the last. It was really different from the books I've been reading lately a much darker, intense romance without being too much for me. I loved the emotions this book was able to draw from me. Its definitely not an easy or short read and it has such heartbreaking, gut wrenching, raw, gritty and beautiful moments throughout the book! It was so hard to put down.
I liked both of the main characters but especially the h, Piper, I was a bit worried at the beginning thinking she was going to be a spoilt rich girl who I couldn't relate too but thankfully that impression didn't last long. She was such a strong, brave character and there was only a couple of moments where I questioned her decisions.
Haddox was one hot, tattooed MMA fighter and boy did those sex scenes have my kindle steaming up, they were so well written, I must admit I usually skim some sexy scenes as they can be kind of repetitive, not in this one! He was so dominate and protective and I thought they made a great couple! Was happy with the amount of the fighting element that we get a glimpse of and was glad that it didn't get too bogged down with the sport.
Really loved the secondary characters and have their book on my TBR list. Absolutely love this author's writing style and am looking forward to more of her work! This was told with dual POV really well with no confusion as to who is doing the telling, loved it! Cant wait for the next one.

Wow. Where to begin? I was a beta reader for Charisse while she was writing Fight For You and I was honored to have the role. As usual Charisse Spiers knows how to weave a good story. From the minute I opened this book on my Kindle to the end I was wrapped up deep in this beautiful tale. The entire story flows beautifully with no interruption. Her descriptions are so rich and real that you feel as if YOU were the one living the story. I felt as if I could smell what the characters smelled or even taste the food they were eating. It takes a gifted writer to be able to weave that kind of detail without seeming too wordy - and Charisse is gifted in SPADES.
Haddox Hayes is a tortured soul, believing he is only darkness and that he doesn't deserve what the average person does: Love. I fell in love with Haddox and his story immediately knowing he does indeed deserve love.
Piper is a firecracker hiding her own pain/demons. They are two tortured souls, but can they withstand the turbulence life throws at them?
You'll have to read to find out the TRUE story of Haddox and Piper. I hope that you too will fall in love with this story. This is different from the Fate series that Charisse wrote but equally as eloquent.
You won't regret this purchase - that's a given.

I won't go into describing the book too much. I think the synopsis does an amazing job of that and I do not want to give anything away.
First I want to start by saying I really enjoyed this book. I was so intrigued by all the dynamics of all the different characters it was hard for me to put the book down. Had doc, wow what can you say about him, I wasn't sure if I was going to,like his character too much, but learning everything that he had been through and what has made him the way he is pulled my heartstrings. I actually fell for his character half way through and way totally rooting for him.
Piper was amazing. I love a strong female character that can dish out as much as take it. She was feisty lady and I loved it. These two were perfect for each other it would seem from the outside looking in, but so many different obstacles stood in their way. I actually found myself rooting for them to get out of their own way!! This is a story about not living in your past and moving forward. Can these two really do that or will their past reall stop them from being together?
I would definitely recommend this book. I loved all the elements, from the characters, to the pot, to the touch of fightinging we get a glimps of. It was a great story and I definitley can't wait for more from Charisse!

Received a complimentary copy for an honest review. What a tragically beautiful love story. This one is about 2 people who are raised without being taught how to love. They wander throughout their lives, kind of numb. They have friends, but never really let anyone get too close. Until the day they meet each other. And what a meeting it is! Some of my favorite lines from this book are: "She's a siren to my darkest desires", "We're both damaged goods. Everyone knows they always get thrown out as trash, but sometimes if you dig through the rubble, you'll find hidden treasure amongst the mess. Scars on a person aren't always ugly. They add character, lifelines. The beauty of a person is always in the eye of the beholder, inside and out.", "I was a warm person until I was frozen solid by someone that betrayed me along with every promise ever made to me. Living in the cold may not be fun or enjoyable, but it's predictable, because it's always the same.", "I can't tell if you love her, but I can tell you that it's not black and white. I've been reading for years now, and every time I read a good book I get this overly happy feeling. Well this book gave me more then just a happy feeling. I've truly enjoyed every part of this book. It's beautifully written. The characters just jump into your heart and refuse to be anything but loved. Haddox is beautifully broken, desperate for love, while the gorgeous Piper just wants to be good enough. Together they made a perfect couple healing wounds and fighting personal demons together. Love stories make you want to believe in love, Charisse's books MAKE you believe in love. Author to watch, and read everything she writes. I can't wait for the next one.

I absolutely loved this book, right from the get go. It's just so goddamn hot!
Haddox had me hook, line and sinker and I loved that Piper was feisty and could definitely hold her own.
If you're looking for a gripping read, then Fight for you should be next on your TBR pile.
Charisse, once again you have blown me away with your words and I can't wait to read what your imagination comes up with next.

Wow what an amazing read! This book is written like no other and I couldn't get enough! Piper has trouble telling her ex boyfriend no when he comes to her for a booty call, because she's in love with him and waiting on him to realize that he is what she wants! Haddox is an amazing MMA fighter who has some dark secrets and past! When these two come together they become fast best friends, lovers and each other's lives! But can they make it past the twists, turns, both of their pasts and life that has them trapped! I'd have to give this a 10 star book! It was amazing and I can't wait for more!

Ok I'm not gonna lie...this book was realllllllly long! There were even times when I considered giving up because it was just moving that slowly for me. But if there is one thing I hate it is admitting defeat and typing that dreaded DNF, so I persevered and I must say...I am really quite glad I did. This actually turned out to be a VERY beautiful story. It may have been a bit wordy at times and packed with a lot of unnecessary details but overall the message behind it shone through and I ended up loving it and giving it a full 5 stars!

This story hooked me from the get go and held me until the end. I loved Piper and Haddox, as well as the supporting characters. The writing felt real. I found myself lost inside a beautiful story full of so much heartache. There were several things I never saw coming, but felt so right and made a good book, great.
Fight For You, is a must read. Don't miss your chance in meeting Haddox and Piper. Besides, who doesn't love a sexy as sin fighter?

Great read
At first I was a little hesitant. I almost returned it after the First chapter and then all of a sudden the story picked up. We have an alpha male and a little drama and some steamy moments. This makes for an excellent book. There were some moments that I felt it was rushed, but over all the characters connected and the story was pretty good.

I read this about a week ago and I forget to update my goodreads BUT OMG what can I say I absolutely say I totally loved this book.

4 Stars!!
Let me just start off by saying.....this was a long book!!! LOL... I don't think I have taken that long to finish one book in awhile!! I usually am able to finish a book withing 1-2 days, this one however, took me about 4!!! With that being said.... I do understand why it took me that long. The story was written with so much detail. The details of Haddox's life while he was growing up just broke my heart. I just can't imagine being a little child and knowing that the one person who should love and care for you, is the one person to show you so much hate and abuse. The parts in the story that gave glimpses of Haddox's childhood made me cry. Those scenes were hard to read. He went through so much while growing up in that situation; despite that, he was still able to be there to help his childhood best friend, Breanna, get through her own nightmare. I'm glad that they had each other to get through all the darkness at such a young age.
After Haddox is finally able to get himself and Breanna away from the people that hurt them, he grew up to be a professional fighter. Haddox has so much anger inside of him because of his past, so inside the ring is the one place that he can unleash the beast when he needs that release. Haddox doesn't do love. Therefore, he will never do a relationship. He sleeps with women when he wants, where he wants, and never more then once. He also doesn't have many friends. The one friend that he does have is his friend, Alyvia. I love Alyvia. Haddox and Alyvia have always been friends and over the years grew into the best of friends. She is so funny and feisty. Their relationship is more like sister and brother. He goes to her when he needs advice and she's not afraid to tell him like it is...she even gives him a slap when he needs it!! Little did he know that Alyvia would introduce him to her roommate, the one person that would change his life forever...Piper.
From the minute they meet, Haddox and Piper's chemistry is off the charts. Haddox promised Alyvia that he wouldn't sleep with Piper because she is her roommate/friend and is dealing with her own past and she doesn't need another guy to hurt her heart more than it already is. Although Haddox tries, he just can't stay away from Piper; he is drawn to her. He soon realizes that having her once, will not be enough and he wants more with her. Haddox has never wanted more from any girl, until now. Little by little, Haddox realizes that he's not the only one with a broken past. The more he finds out about Piper, the more he wants to be the man to put her broken parts back together. He knows that being with Piper gives him hope, and he doesn't want to let that go...
"Maybe it's a coincidence and I was tired of living in a world of gray, or maybe I needed my polar opposite that was just as broken and numb to help revive me, but either way I want more, Piper. I'm welcoming the beat, because for the first time I'm starting to feel alive.
I enjoyed reading about Haddox and Piper's relationship. They are both what the other needed to be complete. They do go through some rough spots along the road, but who doesn't? I loved everything about them. They were perfect for each other, and brought the best out in one another. Together they made a beautiful life. There were so many parts throughout this story that brought tears to my eyes, but there were also parts that made me smile and laugh. I really liked Haddox, Piper, and Alyvia's characters. Alyvia said some of the funniest things! I would love to have a story about her!
So...if you would like to read about an MMA fighter with an alpha male personality, you may want to pick this one up! There's nothing like alpha males with dirty mouths that take pleasure in beating someones ass!! That's just so hot!!! LOL.
