A very exciting addition to the series with this romantic mystery. Excellent character development gives the story depth as you connect with the characters coupled with a plot full of twists to make for an exciting read. Grab your favorite drink, find a comfy spot and start flipping pages as you won't want to put down this romantic suspense story down until you have turned the last page!

Very well written installment of the Lucky Series.
Ashley and Cole have been best friends since grade school, both secretly pining for each other. Graduation comes and Cole finally makes a move only to leave Ashley wanting. Both go their separate ways to grow but come back together.
This is my favorite of the series so far. The characters are fantastically written. The story is unique and keeps you interested and itching to know what is going to happen. This is an action packed story with all the feels too 😀

Ashley and Cole are friends since school and when they finally kiss, Cole then leaves and Ashley has no idea why. She decides to follow her dreams to go to Paris to study her art. She goes through the motion knowing that the kind of art she is learning about there, is not the art that is her passion. However, that passion comes back to her in the form of Cole. He finds her in Paris and once they see each other, those sparks from school ignite. They both had feelings for one another and were now able to act on them. Cole is mysterious with Ashley and cannot tell her what kind of job he has. Then, once again, he leaves her and she doesn't see him again. She returns home and goes about her business of buying a home that she had loved forever and finally selling the art that she loves to make. And, once again, Cole comes into the picture during her sisters wedding. This is when all of the mystery and suspense happens with the book. It keeps you guessing until the end. I loved the relationship between Ashley and Cole as it was genuine and they were able to build on their love for one another. I received an ARC from the author for an honest opinion and review. Ashley is in love with Cole. She has been since they were kids. They even made plans for after graduation. After graduation Cole disappears without a word. Heartbroken Ashley picks up her life and moves to Paris to study her art and trying to forget about Cole. One night Cole appears in her apartment and slips out without saying a word again! Ashley's pretty sure he's either on the run or into something bad.
Another charming, exciting, love story from Jill Sanders. Jill always writes characters that come to life and make you fee that you are a part of the story. This was another late night couldn't put it down read. Totally worth the read.

A great story. Ashley has always been in love with Cole. He disappears for 2 years. He meets up with Ashley when she is in Paris studying art.I loved how he would always sneak into her apartment. When he disappears again she finishes her studies and returns home. Meanwhile Cole is injured during a set up. He comes back to the states and re-connects with Ashley. She tells him that he has to come clean with her. When he case brings danger to Ashley and his family, he will everything in his power to keep everyone safe.

They end high school on a explosive kiss and then Cole just disappears from their hometown. She moves on or so it seams and follows her art dreams to Paris where she has a sudden reunion with him that leads to a lot more than the friendship they had... Loved this exciting and emotional journey.

Loved this story from beginning to end! Romance, mystery, intrigue, action, and suspense along with Cole and Ashley's sizzling chemistry made this a page turner. Jill's stories are full of great characters and written in a way that just draws you in and you hate to see the story end! Love this series!

I like that Ashley and Cole had been friends since they were little kids. After Cole just disappeared from her life, Ashley decided she would follow her dream and go to Paris. After not seeing Cole for over a year, he suddenly appears in Paris and disappears just as fast. Cole loves Ashley, but he doesn't want to drag her into his dangerous world. But, she is brought into his troubles anyway. At least that is what Cole thinks. He is good at his job, but he might have to give it up to keep Ashley.

I like how this story started off giving insight into the past at the dances. You know right from the start that there's chemistry between Ashley and Cole. They share a kiss and then Cole disappears! Ashley heads off to follow her art dreams and unexpectedly runs into Cole. Now we have romance, sex and some mystery to spice things up.
I really loved this book and couldn't put it down until it was finished.

The 1st and 2nd books have been my favorite of this series. I just never really loved Amber and Ashley is almost forgettable. I mean the book was ok. The storyline with the CIA is right up my alley but this just feel a little shy of great for me. The fact that Ashley was stupid enough to leave a safe room when there were 4 trained CIA agents in the house was beyond stupid. What did she really think she could do. Then the CIA team take out the 3 intruders and everyone just assume all is well. Did they not here the intruder say not a hair was to be hurt on Ashleys head. Why would that be? Why would the guy in charge care? It made the ending pretty predictable.

When he get home in time for Amber and Tom's wedding meeting Ashley again and finally telling her what he’s been up to all these years it puts her in danger and they have to find out who’s Cole has been searching for before they try to kill him again.

Ashley's Undercover Lover
This was a terrific story about two highschool friends who after being separated for several years after graduation finally meet again. She's a promising painter and he's an undercover agent for the FBI. He's chasing notorious thieves while trying at the same time to protecting her. Lots of action and suspense, intrigue and sex. I would definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed everything about this book. It was a romantic suspense. It was also a love story that started in childhood and continued on. Highly recommend this book, it has it all plus a good bit of action.

This was one of the best books I have read. Loved the way Jill kept the suspense right to the very end. Ashley and Cole were a super couple. Highly recommend this book to everyone.

I truly, truly loved this book .... it held my attention from the 1st page to the last ... gave me the escape from my own life that only genuinely gifted writers can give. It was a pleasure to read. Thanks to Jill Sanders for the sensational read !!
