This book does change my idea a lot. In class, perhaps all teachers wonder if all the students are clear about the idea taught. This books gives a lot of classroom routines on how to make a ALLED(All students learn every day) classroom. Although some of the routines may be difficult to carry out due to different class periods and syllabuses, I believe the core is pretty the same. I'll try to use some of the ideas in this book to make a better learning community.

This book, and Harvard's online course that takes you through much of the book, is having a powerful influence on my classroom teaching! The suggestions are small but mighty! I consider it a must read for teachers at all stages in their career.

A must for teachers wanting to master the concept and apply it to your teaching.
