Flipped through this one when it came through at work. Loved that there were a couple from my hometown...even knew the people in one of them!

April 1988, what a day to see the vast vistas of the most populated State in the Union, and from the surfer cover to the day unveiled inside, quite a distinctive CA ride!

Never liked this one nearly as much as I liked A Day in the Life of America, but I still have fond memories of hours on my grandparents' floor looking through it.

It's a fun itself to realize an extent of changes occured since this beautiful coffee-table picturesque book memorizing a variety of moments round the Golden State was published.

Again, I love this series of books and haven't yet had one that has disappointed me. This is one of my latest aquisitions.
