This collection of illustrations and scripture is a feast for the eyes and nourishment for the soul. As the title suggest, light plays an important role in the selection of verses and pictures. The reflections by Kinkade included in this collection add to its richness. This is not a book to be hurried through, but rather the reader should take time to study the beauty of the illustrations as he or she ponders the significance of the chosen scripture.
