I read the first 3 chapters of this book, which is about 25%. I found the majority of these 70ish pages to lack information due to the amount of repetition and rhetorical questions. I found the format of the book difficult to follow and lacking fluidity, as most paragraphs are made up of fewer than 5 sentences. This is a self-help book claiming to help you transform your life in 90 days but this wasn’t elaborated on in the beginning 3 chapters - perhaps the later 10 chapters go further in depth? I have only read the first 3 chapter of this book, but I can not wait to finish. The author has such great ideas and insights into changing your life in 90 days.
I’m three chapters into this book and I’m finding it to be like other self-help books. There are steps to do at the end of each chapter, but I’m not finding anything new or revolutionary in it. I’m hoping that as I read more I will learn more and find more encouragement from this book.

This author is very lucky, and very rare, in that she had a very clear “main thing”, and presumes that everyone else can quickly discover theirs in three questions on one afternoon. The majority of us have no idea what that ONE main thing is. The author also apparently has or had no children or partner to consider, and full autonomy to sell her practice and relocate. This book was completely absent on how to pursue your one main thing, assuming you can quickly identify it, while maintaining responsibilities already in place. She makes no mention of how she actually supports herself doing her main thing. This book is a good start, though provoking and mildly inspirational, but not really instructional for the remaining 99% of us.
While I think there is some decent content here for people looking for something new, I feel the author discounts those who live the life she chose not to. There is a quiz at the beginning. I scored pretty low, and the author's response is to become more self-aware, and there is something else waiting in the wings. Perhaps that is a reasonable supposition since I picked up the book, but also ignores the fact that for some people her process is just not the right one. In my view it is preferable to just acknowledge that.
LOVE THIS BOOK! What I appreciate most is the step-by-step action plan that’s included to actually make changes in your life within 90 days. It’s a refreshing take on “re-building your life” and made me completely re-think how I’m living. The real-life examples also bring a variety of perspectives that really hit home with me. This book was the wake-up call that I needed and didn’t even know it.

This book is FANTASTIC! I’ve read the first three chapters and Dr. Jen perfectly outlines, in a very relatable and easy to read fashion, how to analyze where you are now and how to get to where you want to be. It is really unique in that it’s not like other self-help books because it lays out a full-proof plan, step-by-step, to help change your life, in only 90 days. I look forward to reading the rest! After reading this book, I feel WHOLE LOT more confident than I was before discovering the book. And I have to say this. This book got me so excited to read it, I actually read it in 2 days!

This is a must read if you want to change your life. I've only read the first 3 chapters and I can tell you this is exactly what people need to hear. It pushes you in very practical ways. I especially like the section on mapping out your choice in your life - 100% responsibility and ownership. Highly recommend.
