baby/toddler boardbook (animals, patterns)
this is great! The board book is 8" tall and 6.25" wide (maybe a tiny bit bigger would be PERFECT for my very wiggly baby/toddler storytime group).
text is short and straightforward, and did I mention Short? Pictures are engaging and the pattern recognition and animals encourage interaction. The fish are all identified by name at the end, which is also nice.

Wonderful use of simplicity and repetition, which still manages to impress and surprise. Incredible watercolors, use of scale and art to introduce concepts, representative parts, and then whole animals, escalating to more complex animals. Awesome.

This board book teaches the concepts of dots, stripes and squiggles with ocean creatures. Good for baby time or toddler time.

Just repeats the same three words, but the illustrations are lovely and my boys enjoyed it!
