I thought this was a bit too heavy on the art galleries, neglecting some of the other amazing spaces in Mexico City. That being said, it was definitely targeted towards those with a lot of disposable income on trips. I've been to Mexico City many times and know that a lot of the recommended hotels and stores are in the premium price range compared to the average in the city. But the pictures were lovely and gave me the taste of my home away from home that I needed! I also got some ideas about places that I wouldn't have known on my own.

Incredibly thoughtful with a perfect mixture of culture, food and the arts. Abbey Clawson has created more of a template on how to live in any city, not just Mexico City. Using her format of the book one can visit a new city and immerse themselves immediately.

a nice combo of coffee table book and guide to cuidad de mexico. lots of brief but informative news on various spots around this BIG city. nice bites of history included, and beautiful color photographs.
