Yeah I read the whole textbook. I must be turning into Hermione Granger or something. Except without magic. (Besides the magic of making healthy choices! <- bad joke)

Read this book for college back in 2010's. (can't believe its almost 2020). Anyway, great book, great content, if not a little bit dry like a lot of textbooks are. It basically just presents the facts. Lots of good details to refer back on if you're unsure of recommended doses of vitamins, interactions between competing nutrients, and other good information for general health. I might copy some pages and post them on the wall or refrigerator, because it has some pretty good charts.

I read this text book in college. I mean that- I actually read it not slept through it. Lennie hates this book because it means we eat whole wheat foods now:)
