She has been my inspiration for years now and i finally found an affordable copy of the book. She was bold, mesmerizing, intelligent and innovative and so is her work. She directly asked for perfection and she always got it; all the pieces were hers. Respected and beloved, she left the world at the age of 87 due to cancer, leaving the world with the most elaborate costumes, posters, photographs, books, music videos...She did it all. She was Eiko.
