It's a legal textbook. I don't think it's possible to make a legal textbook enjoyable, yet alone exciting. I'm giving it two stars because despite it being boring enough to put me to sleep in one page, it did explain the concepts presented well.
The book is very basic in presenting of the material. Yet it contains perfect schemes, samples of legal documents, case summaries and briefs, etc. etc. I'd strongly recommend it both to students studying business law and to professors/instructors facing the need to teach basics on the subject.
