This book is a Miracle!

I have just discovered this book, and I am very pleased with it. It’s great to find a book for the Instant Pot that’s in understandable weights and measurements. I had the Instant Pot Lux when I first saw it advertised in the UK. I don’t remember when that was? I have just become the proud owner of the Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus and it is amazing. Tomorrow I am going to make yogurt for the first time in an Instant Pot. I have big plans for more meals and this book will be a great place to get the recipes.
I am over 80 and live alone and cooking is a great pleasure for me. My son, who lives near me, collects frozen meals and enjoys everything I cook!
