A rising queen. Three handsome consorts. A deadly court full of intrigue.

Just in case becoming a vampire wasn't interesting enough, learning you've basically been destined to overthrow the crazed vampire queen is only icing on the cake.

Aurora Hedvige has had her world turned inside out, upside down, and every which way in between. But it hasn't been all bad. Sure, things keep happening, and there's a prophecy involved, but she has Carver and Lucian, and they make everything just a tad better.

But the harder they try to complete their mission, the more tangled everything becomes. New enemies step from the shadows, as old allies risk their lives for the future of a new supernatural order. There's only one question left at the end of the day, will Aura's best efforts be enough? Or will temptation lead her past her limits and into a future that wasn't in the cards.

Are You Tempted?

Wow

My mind is just as blown after this book as it was after book one. Aura is still trying to find her way around the vampire world with a crazy queen and danger around every corner. Things are heating up now as she tried fulfill her prophecy while trying to stay alive at the same time. Lots of twists and turns with a surprise ending making you wish for book three. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.

I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.

I really had a hard time rating this one. I felt like there was a lot going on but nothing really happened if that makes sense to anyone. The first one sucked me in and kept in locked in. This one took a bit more for me to stay invested.

I liked that we got more information about the different supernatural species in this world, all the sexy scenes, and I'm especially happy about Lucien. I know in RH we aren't supposed to have favorites, but he totally is right now.

Some things that disappointed me where that we didn't find out who the third consort would be and Aurora's attitude drop towards the middle. She needed some real convincing that she didn't need a man to go on.

Hopefully, the third book in Aurora's story will be the best! This one did in a cliffhanger, a pretty big one so I'll be reading Turned to see how it turns out and I'm ready to see how they are going to take down Morana.

Omg! The ending was killer on this one! I can’t wait to read the next book!
This book was a dangerous game of cat and mouse with our fearless characters trying to fight to stay alive and discover how to bring the prophecy about.
Fast-paced, thrilling and sexy! This book has me on the edge of my seat till the very end. It does end in a bit of a cliff hanger so be prepared to be begging for the next book!

This is a well planned out series with each book set out astutely with a distinct beginning, middle and a crescendo finish. Aura is a likable and credible character and together with her bestie sidekick and smoldering blokes there is a good mix of relationships balancing out a good old fashioned vampire love story.

Not sure about this one.

Aurora is trying to overcome the hurdles of being a newly made vampire.
As well as tryingto figure out the mystery of being a Dria.
Carter and Lucien help with the burder.
Their mission seems to be thwarted at every turn.

I'm on the fence about this book.
I struggled to stay focused on the material.

A lot seems to happen, but yet not very much.
If that makes any sense.
It didn't seem like it was anything vital to the series that happened.

I felt like a lot of it was repetitive.
Especially her feelings towards Lucien.

I almost felt as if this book could be skipped in the overall scheme of things.
If that's actually true, I'm not sure.
There is some stuff that happens that I could see you needing to know before the next book, but I think you would understand still.

I'm just not sure how I feel about this book.
I really enjoyed the first book.
I'm just on the fence on this one.
I'm going to read the third one and hope it will suck me back in.

I still recommend reading this series.
I think you would enjoy it.
Plus I'd like for y'all to form your own opinion about them.

Aura is still getting used to the fact that she not only a Kresova vampire, but a Dria, one of three queens destined to resurrect the ancient royal Abe. Add the hot Carver and the broody and unavailable Lucian and a deadly ancient queen, life is bound to get complicated. And there's supposed to be a third guy to add into the mix! Will the newly turned Aura be able to survive Morana's wrath? Will anyone?

The first book was good, but a little slow. This book was a little better but still short. I liked how there was more action in this book, and it actually addressed that Morana will be a problem. The romance is ok. But it feels like Carver and Lucian only want to be with Aura because of the prophecy and not because they actually love her. The prophecy is supposed to be one of the main focus points in this series, but it's in the background. All this book focused on was the romance and Queen Morana. They are supposed to be trying to find Abe, like actually try not just give up on the first try. And where is this third guy? I can't wait until he gets introduced.

Things are moving slowly forward in this second installment. Aurora has accepted her fate. With the help of Carver and friends, she is willing to do anything to stop the vicious vampire queen. It isn't an easy thing to do, because Morana is always a step ahead. Danger and despair will find Aurora.
In this book, we learn about the different vampire races. We also get to know more about Carver and Lucian. I wanted to know all these things since the first book. I enjoyed the dynamics between Aura, Carver, and Lucian, as well as between Rowland and Reina. Although, I was hoping that there would be more on finding Aurora's third consert, or finding the other Drias. Regardless, it's a great read. The ending left me hanging on the edge of my seat. What an ending. Can't wait to see what happens next. At least it's a short wait.

Marie's Tempting Reads ARC Review:

HOLY AMAZEBALLS!!! This book WAS INTENSE...A CRAZY, WILD, INSANE RIDE THAT KEPT ME ON THE LEDGE AND AT THE SAME TIME IT FREAKING SIZZLED! This series just keeps getting more and more adventurous. Thrilling, exciting, and more tempting, I can't help but to be in AWE! And that ending...GAWD I am SHAKING with the need to have the next book like NOW!

I am enjoying the heck out of The Kresova Vampire Harems. I loved how these characters got under my skin. They seem to energize me as well as the story. Each one is more interesting than the last and the way this story seems to twist and curve keeps me guessing and has me on edge. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVED IT!!

Tempt gets a MIND BLOWING FIVE SHOOTING STARS!!

This is the second book in the Kresova Vampire Harems: Aurora series. In this book, Aurora has accepted her fate as being a vampire, with the help of her friends, Carver and Lucian. Just when things are settling down, Aurora receives a summons from the Queen to come to court in Paris. Good thing she has Carver and Lucian to help her through all the court tensions. The ending left me wanting more.

This book was amazing and I really wish I had the third book right now! I seriously can't wait to read it and find out about Aurora's next moves and Aurora meeting her third guy (if she hasn't already...).

Holy Hell that ending, I want the next book ASAP. Carver & Aura will doing anything to stop Morana but it seems like Morana is one step ahead. This series will have you hooked especially with Carver & Lucien. It’s a dangerous game that Aurora hopes to be the victor of with the help of her friends and allies. I wish the next book was out because I NEED to know what is going too happen next. Great read that will have you hooked from page 1.

I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This is the second book to a great series! Totally addictive! Couldn’t put it down! Aurora’s relationship with Lucian develops beautifully in this book, as she works with him and Carter to try and find Abe and overthrow the evil queen. But the queen has another agenda and is jealous of the relationship between Carter and Aurora. Aurora has to play the part and try and prove herself a respectable pawn in court. Their bond is strong and emotions are high. But will it be enough to fulfil their destiny?

This is a good second book in the series, however to me not as good as book one. I had a hard time staying captivated in this book, However it is good to read about Aurora’s relationship developing with Carver and of course Lucian, can’t forget him!! Carver is still my favourite though!! I wish we had meet the third that will be part of the group but these two made up for it! This book sets the scene for what is coming next and what must be done to take down the evil b*tch and I am excited to read book 3 in this exciting series. Highly recommended series!!

Interesting continuation of Aurora's story

Found this particular book of segment of Aurora's story not as fulfilling as the last as Aurora is displaying some very un-queen like behavior. I'm not going to give anything away of this story but the self pity is understandable to a point but it gets carried to far and I started to not like her because of the selfishness being shown and the lack of concern for others she claims to love. Hopefully next installment shows her growing up and thinking of all the people she loves.

Aurora is still dealing with being a vampire and one of the dria queens when she receives a summons to go to court. I love that aura doesn't allow carver to make her decisions and has a brain. Also she doesn't make Lucien fell bad about having a fiance even though he is fated to be with aura. There is a lot of drama and mystery and worrying about finding her third consort. The ending was a little tough but it left me wanting the next book desperately.

Finished it as hate to give up on a book but didn’t enjoy this as much as the 1 st. In the first Lucian states his engagement is one of family strengths and not love but the beginning of book to is all about not breaking up his engagement because of love...which I found annoying. Again the book ended on a cliff hanger, sadly I am done and won’t be reading the 3rd. Shame as parts of the book I loved

Outstanding!!!

I absolutely love this series. A vampire Rh with bad ass characters with the evil queen of course. After reading the second book I am seriously intrigued but I have so many questions. It will drive me crazy to wait for nine books to come to the conclusion of the series but will be well worth it. I highly recommend this series.

Vampire life is complicated

Aura is a Dria and plays a big part in helping to find Abe and restoring his powers. However, things keep interferring. Morana demands their presence at her big gala, and she wants Aura in her court permanently. Can Aura find her third Consort and the other two Drias? I can't wait to find out.

Phenomenal addition to Aura's story! Everything is amped up, the suspense and the drama, amazing detail in this one. There are quite a few things I didn't see coming and it definitely kept my interest. I couldn't put it down. Now I need to read Turn to find out how it is all going to turn out! Sleep deprivation is a real thing for me with this series. I love it!

Great read

Aurora is trying to find a way to end the bitch but realized their world is so much darker then she could realize. She finally gets Lucian to participate in what they are. She goes to rescue abe and he is gone. They go to a gathering and an explosion takes place and they can't find Carver to realize morana has him what will she need to do to get him back?

Aurora, Carver, and Lucian are trying to help destiny become true and destroy the evil queen. They are working together to try to outsmart Morana, who always seems to be one step ahead of them.

This book was great, and the ending was crazy! I can’t wait for the next one.

From the start it grabbed me and kept me enthralled to keep me reading on. I don't think you can get so much action and love in one book. I am not a fan of reverse-harem books but this one kept me going.

Noice!

Supernatural. Rh. 2/3 Vampires. Strong, caring, funny, destined heroine. I feel like this book mostly entailed Lucian and Aura's relationship and trying to find Abe. Definitely love the story. Love Carver and Lucian. Can't wait for her the find the third.

So I didn't read book one, but I thought this book was well written and was surprised that one consort was engaged to be married. I've never read that angle before and am curious how this will work out. I'm also looking forward to finding out who joins the team in book 3.
