Women in White

Rate this book
The unequaled behind-the-scenes insight, which has become Dr Frank Slaughter's trademark, makes all the more shattering the life-and-death drama of the men and women for whom there was no life beyond the world of Biscayne University Medical Center - dedicated professionals caught up in a kaleidoscope of crippling disease, community distrust, and the fluctuating chart of their own ambitions and ardent dreams.

What kind of a hospital is this? The doctors spend more time in the operating room spouting medical jargon-gibberish and tending to patients than they do hitting the sheets and struggling with soapy personal problems.

Ainda assim, é daqueles romances "facaealguidar" que me divertem imenso!

I read this years later let me tell you! This takes place in my high school days. An old time woman's libber book with the now rare happy ending.
