Maybe I'll Call Anna

Rate this book
"This strangely likeable suspense novel benefits from bouncy, uncluttered writing and an effectively subtle evocation of late 60's counter-culture life in a small North Carolina town. This is melodramatic material that's presented in a decidedly unmelodramatic tone. It's a crisp, engaging read". -- The Plain Dealer New American Writing Award

Not as good as, Resume with Monsters,

but a disturbingly fun read nonetheless.

I can't think of any other writer as good as Spencer whose books are this hard to find. I finally tracked down an old public library copy of this and was it ever worth the hunt!

Crazy, obsessive, calculating....Anna and the men in love with her;
a "different" kind of book.
